Jalea mixta (mixed) from Chiclayo, Peru

Jalea is a Peruvian cuisine dish consisting of fried fish, squid, and other seafood, originating in the northern region, specifically in the regions of Lambayeque and Piura, influenced by the Muchik.[1]
