Metamor Jupiter

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Metamor Jupiter[a] is a 1993 side-scrolling shooter video game developed by Flight-Plan and published by NEC for its PC Engine Super CD-ROM².[1][2][3]

It was compatible with the PC Engine Virtual Cushion force feedback accessory.[4][5][6] Its music was composed by Masaya Matsuura, known for PaRappa the Rapper,[7][8] and considered by IGN as the 65th best game creator of all time.[9]

Reception

[edit]

PC Engine Fan highlighted its gameplay mechanic, which allows the player to change the shape of the spacecraft.[10] Game Power [it] recommended it over Cotton: Fantastic Night Dreams for fans of sci-fi shooters.[11]
