Sea Wolf (also known as Sea Wolf Bakers and Sea Wolf Bakery)[1][2] is a bakery in Seattle's Fremont neighborhood, in the U.S. state of Washington.[3] Jesse and Kit Schumann are co-owners;[4][5] the brothers founded the business in 2014.[6] The menu includes breads, pizza,[7] cinnamon rolls,[8] cookies, croissants,[9] and other pastries.[10][11][12] One savory croissant has zucchini, sunflower seed pesto, and pecorino.[7]

In 2020, David Landsel included Sea Wolf in Food & Wine's list of the 100 best bakeries in the U.S.[13]
