Palindromic?

[edit]

36310 = 1111103 = 30011 is not palindromic in bases 3 and 11. Just as, say, 11010 is not palindromic in base 10. See Palindromic number: "There are 90 palindromic numbers with three digits: {101, 111, 121, 131, 141, 151, 161, 171, 181, 191, …, 909, 919, 929, 939, 949, 959, 969, 979, 989, 999}."
