Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I have just added archive links to one external link on Air Europa. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:

Clarification regarding the Air Europa fleet

[edit]

@Jetstreamer: Apologize to say this, but your revert to the updates in the fleet table make little sense: [1]. Your edit summary said, "Against figures in ref #32" while reference #32 redirects to the unrelated Copa Airlines website, stating nothing about the fleet details of Air Europa: [2]. Please add on to the source you may be referring to. Regarding the addition of sources, as cited in my talk page edit earlier: [3] and my edit summary: [4], FlightRadar24 confirms the delivery of the new airliner EC-ODH to Air Europa. EC-NZG also operates for Air Europa per its concurrent operations, seen via FlightRadar24: [5]. However, I don't think I should cite FlightRadar24 into the fleet table as that's rather pedantic and redundant and I don't plan on citing sources such as planespotters.net as it has had a rather questionable source of origin and has caused controversy amongst Wikipedians. Secondary sources need not always be tracing down on every airliner delivery in the industry. The only reason I cited these FlightRadar24 sources above were for your clarification. GalacticOrbits (talk) 12:58, 6 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

It seems you do not understand WP:V, a basic policy. You cannot make changes without adding sources supporting them. Mentioning the sources in and edit summary or in talk pages is not citing. If you do not want to cite FlightRadar that is your decision. Planespotters is unreliable, it cannot be used.--Jetstreamer Talk 13:26, 6 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
