I have added a section on Babworth Hall and moved the references to this from the general history section. I have linked this to Humphry Repton page as Babworth Hall is regarded as a good example of his early work and the Red Book of his alterations apparently survives. (It is currently not mentioned on the Repton page.) I have also added references to Babworth Rovers (website), the snowdrop display (newspaper article) and the Mayflower 400. This article would benefit from the addition of some photographs. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 90.242.200.217 (talk) 16:39, 24 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Notable people from Babworth (not notable)

[edit]

I will delete from the page the uncited sole name in the section "Notable people from Babworth" of William Gleaden because he does not yet have an article in wikipedia. The MM was the most unsparingly given gallantry award among non-commissioned ranks in WWI and lacks the rarity and notability attachable to holders of the VC. The name can be reinstated if the person ever has a wikipedia article created.
