Semi-protected indefinately

[edit]

After reading the 2008 AFD's, it seems to me the least we can do to prevent distress to the subject of this article, and stop the flow of poorly sourced BLP violations is an indef semi-protect. Therefore it is done. Courcelles 23:07, 9 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

2009 Examiner.com interview

[edit]

I just ran across this intimate interview with Calpernia on Examiner.com from 2009. She talks about winning a GLAAD award, moving forward after the death of boyfriend PFC Barry Winchell in 1999, what it means to be transsexual, her military days, her views about PETA, and why she calls herself a "weirdo". It's a very interesting and insightful read. Lynch, Kelvin. "Calpernia Addams: From 'Soldier's Girl' to superstar". Examiner.com. Clarity Digital Media, LLC. Retrieved 6 June 2013. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Grantonto (talkcontribs) 21:59, 6 June 2013

I see no reason to link to Portal:Biography under "see also". Nothing there is relevant to this (good) article. 77.127.89.140 (talk) 22:05, 17 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Addams Family

[edit]

I've seen the film literally a billion times. I do not recall the name 'Calpurnia Addams' appearing on a tombstone. Rather, Wednesday's teacher and Morticia discus the picture that Wednesday submitted of her "Aunt Calpurnia," in which Calpurnia is apparently being burned at the stake atop a mound of skulls.
