Revamp & Redirect

Created a page for Daniel Ng, which redirects here. Ng is the Cantonese reading of Wu's name and is the name used for his credits in at least two films.

Lead sentence and Nationality

I have seen no concrete source to reference this but it seems pretty clear that he is an American citizen by virtue of being born and raised in California until adulthood, making him a Chinese-American.
