Should there be a link from dysautonomia to this article? 203.34.41.43 05:45, 15 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Picture

[edit]

The Picture says there is 1 in 4 chance, you will be unaffected. a 1 in 4 chance you will be affected and a 1 in 4 chance you will be a carrier. This doesnt seem right to me surely its
50% carrier
25% unaffected
25% affected

Yeah, now that you mention it, the caption could be a little clearer. It is correct as it is right now, as it illustrates that there are two genotypes by which an offspring could be a carrier (dominant from the mother or dominant from the father) each of which has a 1 in 4 chance (for a total probability of 50% for the phenotype). -Seidenstud 14:40, 18 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
