The label 'white, crescent shape' could be descriptive of both the proximal (skin grows overtop start of nail nearest join) or distal (clawing part that you clip) part of the nail.

We should use commons:File:Fingernail_label.jpg instead. The labels are helpful. Going to add that instead. ScratchMarshall (talk) 15:46, 19 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
