Apart from the entry in Who's Who of Ballooning I cant find any evidence that Spencer had a middle name, none of the birth, marriage and census records, Times obituary or other sources give him a middle name. Suggest we move the article to Percival Spencer (aeronaut), any comments before I move it welcome. MilborneOne (talk) 17:39, 26 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
