Deletion of Province
[edit]The province Matias Ramon Mella do NOT exist. Even with congressional aproval, the president returned the project. There is NOT any official information about this province. I am removing the information around it, like San Luis Dominican Republic disambig. San Luis Exist, do not have an article yet, but is not located in that province.
