Help request: Problems with this template.

On the Donghak Peasant Revolution page, this campaignboxtemplate has the following problems:

1. It is collapsed, and in FF33 for Windows the campaignbox title covers the show/hide toggle even when zooming in or out, making it impossible to display the campaignbox.
2. It is right below an infobox of the same title, causing confusion.
3. Viewing the template here shows that most of the links are red.
