I am Nicky Hendriks. I come from the Netherlands and here mostly for editing, updating and correcting pages for any metalbands and stuff of some musical-brands. So do I listen to a lot of bands.

About Me

Well, my name is Nicky Hendriks, I come from the Netherlands and I'm currently 18 years old. I'm still at school and now I'm starting for hotel school, and stuff like manage my own restaurant.

I don't have lots of hobbies, just listening music, playing bass and the computer. That's really it to be honest. There isn't much more to tell about me.

Autism

As you may see in the title this part is about my Autism, not a really big deal, I just want you to know that I have. I'm not going to put some stories about it here, you can find it on Wikipedia (Duh?)

Bass guitar

So... I play the bassguitar. Usually I play over my mid 70s Morris Jazz copy, it's a (Pre-)lawsuit from Japan, probably FujiGen but I'm not sure since you can't find a thing about them on the internet. I also use an Indonesian made Squier Jazz bass, tuned to BEAD.

About the amplifiers I use, well, most of the time I use my Hartke HA3500 with a Gallien Krueger Backline 210. But sometimes I use my Trace Elliot GP7 130, it's a head screwed out of a combo amp, it sounds great! And then, I only play when I feel like it, I use my Vox VT15, it's a guitar amplifier which I mostly use for my Kinor Les Paul but it sounds good on bass as well.

Then effects, I don't have much but I like to use them from time to time. I just have two distortion pedals, one modified Boss DS2 so I can use it for bass, and a custom made bassscreamer. Then I have a bassbooster and a Morley Power Wah.
