Track elements
[edit]Love
[edit]- "Because" - An interview in Entertainment Weekly revealed that the opening track includes the bird sounds used in "Blackbird" and the World Wildlife Fund/Past Masters version of "Across the Universe". In addition, a new recording of a wood pigeon was implemented "to make it more British," according to George Martin. The track closes with the final chord of "A Day in the Life" played in reverse.
- "Get Back" - As reported, the track uses the opening guitar from "A Hard Day's Night", the drum and guitar solos from "The End", sound effects from the Hollywood Bowl live performance and the orchestral swell from "A Day in the Life".
- "Glass Onion" - This album's version of "Glass Onion" is a segment of a demo from the archives (Take 15). The track contains McCartney's falsetto "Oh, no" and "Hello, Hello" both from "Hello Goodbye", guitar from "Things We Said Today", brass from "Magical Mystery Tour" and "Penny Lane" and elements from "Only a Northern Song".
- "Eleanor Rigby/Julia" – After the "Julia" transition it contains strings from "A Day in the Life" and sound, swarmandal and drum elements from "Strawberry Fields Forever".
- "I Am the Walrus" - This track opens with the count-in from Take 25 of "Strawberry Fields Forever", and is later a mixture of the mono and stereo versions.
- "I Want to Hold Your Hand" - An interview with George and Giles Martin stated that elements from both the studio recording and the Hollywood Bowl live performance were mixed to create this version.
- "Drive My Car/The Word/What You're Doing" - This track, as mentioned, includes tambourine from "It's Only Love", horns from "Savoy Truffle" and "Good Morning Good Morning", the guitar solo from "Taxman", piano from "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds" and vocals from "The Word".

The track also contains animal sound effects from "Good Morning Good Morning", audience sound effects from "Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" and "Piggies" and harmonium, drums and piano from "Cry Baby Cry".
- "Help!" - This is the most unique track in the album, according to a review, as it layers the mono version over the stereo version.
- "Blackbird/Yesterday" - "Blackbird" provides an introduction to "Yesterday" (apparently it works well as an introduction) and has been cut down to its G form.
- "Strawberry Fields Forever" - A review of the album noted that this version builds from an acoustic demo. It includes the trombone solo from "Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band", audience sound effects from "Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band (Reprise)", the piano solo from "In My Life", cello and harpsichord from "Piggies" and vocals from "Hello Goodbye".

- "Rain" - Every element from "Rain" was removed except for the cymbals, bass, vocals and backing vocals. It is layered over rain, and closes with audience sound effects from "Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" and voices from an unknown source.
