If you would like to experiment again, please use your sandbox. please don't spam anniversary templates, you are duplicating templates and also placing templates where there isn't an anniversary related to the template -- Aunva6talk - contribs 19:43, 8 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

alright, sorry LOLHWAT (talk) 11:40, 9 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

The page File:Cropped Soyak.png has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done under section F7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it was a non-free file with a clearly invalid licensing tag; or it otherwise failed some part of the non-free content criteria. If you can find a valid tag that expresses why the file can be used under the fair use guidelines, you can re-upload it, but you must ensure you place the correct tag on it. If no such tag exists, please add the {{Non-free fair use}} tag, along with a brief explanation of why this constitutes fair use of the file.

Please do not recreate the material without addressing these concerns, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If you think this page should not have been deleted for this reason, you may contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you may open a discussion at Wikipedia:Deletion review. Final warning

[edit]

I saw you using User:SD0001/BDCS to incorrectly congratulate editors on the anniversary of their first edit, 7 times, all 7 were reverted as they didn't apply and were done improperly. Your testing edits on Wikipedia:Parenthesis weren't helpful, and were exactly what I previously asked you to not do on your talk page (now removed by you), and I pointed you to your own sandbox for these test edits. Then you were testing edits on non-free versions of File:Trollface_non-free.png including uploading a version, by your comment, was a copyright violation. Then uploading File:Wojak cropped.jpg, which I have deleted for invalid Fair Use, as the article already has the "original". And leaving messages on User:Larry Sanger's page? I'm not sure what you are doing here, but you don't appear to be here to build an encyclopedia, and unsurprisingly, your edits (with little exception) are indistinguishable from trolling. Dennis Brown - 12:46, 9 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

What? I'm very sorry. I think the anniversary edit thing was outdated as the cache was not purged. Trollface-nonfree wasn't a test, I messed it up and gave up. Again, I am new here. I'm not trying to troll. The Wojak face was supposed to be for the article and was the popular "Soylent" version; I may have messed up the copyright. I left a message on Sanger's page because I wanted to ask him a question. I didn't mean to break WP:Parathensis, I was trying to fix the humor tag and the preview was incorrect based off my memory. I'm trying to build an encyclopedia here, I made a couple mistakes and I shouldn't be harassed for so, please tell me instead of assuming that I was acting in bad faith :-( LOLHWAT (talk) 14:06, 9 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Not only that, the so-called non-encyclopedic behavior is simply because I'm trying to find my footing. Please remember that I was active on the Simple English Wikipedia before coming here, and I am still trying to learn policies. Despite the fact that you're an admin, you are forgetting to assume good faith and to not bite newcomers. LOLHWAT (talk) 14:19, 9 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
You might find Wikipedia:Typo Team/moss helpful in directing your energies toward constructive edits while you're learning the ropes here. Schazjmd (talk) 14:25, 9 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
