A tag has been placed on Draft:Morgankarki, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice to inform you that a tag has been placed on Collin DCunha requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, a "See also" section, book references, category tags, template tags, interwiki links, images, a rephrasing of the title, a question that should have been asked at the help or reference desks, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

Your contributed article, Collin D' Cunha

[edit]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

Hello, I noticed that you recently created a new page, Collin D' Cunha. First, thank you for your contribution; Wikipedia relies solely on the efforts of volunteers such as you. Unfortunately, the page you created covers a topic on which we already have a page – Collin D'Cunha. Because of the duplication, your article has been tagged for speedy deletion. Please note that this is not a comment on you personally and we hope you will continue helping to improve Wikipedia. If the topic of the article you created is one that interests you, then perhaps you would like to help out at Collin D'Cunha. If you have new information to add, you might want to discuss it at the article's talk page.

If you think the article you created should remain separate, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Additionally if you would like to have someone review articles you create before they go live so they are not nominated for deletion shortly after you post them, allow me to suggest the article creation process and using our search feature to find related information we already have in the encyclopedia. Try not to be discouraged. Wikipedia looks forward to your future contributions. Gpkp [utc] 07:50, 12 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Aranyak

[edit]

Hi Morgankarki, I'm messaging you in relation to your edits on the Aranyak (TV series) page. I also notice that you are the one who created the page titled Aranyak (series). Kudos to you for doing that. Now, I realize that you are a new editor, I see that you've only been on Wikipedia for a few months. This, of course, means that your experience level is low and, naturally, you will make many mistakes (we all still make mistakes, even after many years). The reason I decided to write this to you is that I would like to encourage you to be a bit more diligent in your editing work. The page you created, Aranyak (series), was in horrible shape. Not only was the formatting and wikimarkup incorrect, but it didn't look like you proofread your own work, as the level of English in the article was not great. Now that I've redirected the page to the one you most recently edited, Aranyak (series), I'm noticing more sloppy work on your part. For example, you deleted redlinks, without apparently checking if they perhaps served a purpose. You've added wikilinks where none are necessary (common terms like "crime thriller" do not require links). Going forward, I would suggest that you peruse the Wikipedia Manual of Style in order to familiarize yourself with dos and don'ts and suggested styles. This will be helpful to you as it will improve your editing skills, and it will also benefit other editors, who will have less cleaning up to do after you. Not to mention, of course, that you will enhance the experience of WP readers by making better edits. Anyway, this isn't meant as a rebuke, more as an encouragement to push yourself to improve your editing style. Feel free to reach out should you have any questions or need help with anything :) Revirvlkodlaku (talk) 04:26, 28 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continued disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. Thank you. Revirvlkodlaku (talk) 04:31, 28 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Stutee Ghosh moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, Stutee Ghosh, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. – Pbrks (t • c) 05:46, 14 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

ARBIPA sanctions alert

[edit]

This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.

You have shown interest in India, Pakistan, and Afghanistan. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.

For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

Information icon

Hello Morgankarki. The nature of your edits, such as the one you made to Mai (TV series), gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Morgankarki. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Morgankarki|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. DMySon (talk) 12:57, 23 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not remove maintenance templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Mai (TV series), without resolving the problem that the template refers to, or giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your removal of this template does not appear constructive, and has been reverted. Please Do not remove COI tag. DMySon (talk) 12:59, 23 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Bishonen, I am pinging you here as You've already dealt with this user. Please check his contribution, he has tried to remove COI tag and adding copyrighted content on Mai (TV series) even after my warnings. DMySon (talk) 13:07, 23 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not remove Articles for deletion notices from articles or remove other people's comments in Articles for deletion pages, as you did with Shubhra Gupta. Doing so won't stop the discussion from taking place. You are, however, welcome to comment about the proposed deletion on the appropriate page. Thank you. Inappropriate talk page editing

[edit]

Information icon Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Talk:Indian Predator: The Butcher of Delhi. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. Repeated vandalism may result in the loss of editing privileges. I notice that you have, on several occasions, attempted to remove comments by other editors and also a notice of a decision about an article for deletion discussion by undoing or reverting comments and blanking the talk page. This editing behaviour on a talk page is not acceptable editor behaviour. Please read the Talk page guidelines and follow them. Also, I notice you have undone the redirect that was the outcome of the article for deletion decision. You need to explain why you did that. - Cameron Dewe (talk) 12:17, 21 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hello there! I know you all have some misunderstanding under the title of the series. The series title Indian Predator The Butcher of Delhi is the official title from Netflix media center and their official website. The tag "The Butcher of Delhi" is not a part of the single episode but the whole 3 episodes revolves around the same story of one person Chandrkant Jha Serial Killer. The Butcher of Delhi is the title and the tag line of his story and the premise of the series. It's not like a anthology documentary which in every episode has different story. This series has nothing to do with that. Hope you understood. You can check the title of another netflix docu series named "House of Secrets: The Burari Deaths" which has 4 episodes where all episodes deals with the same story.the article has nothing to do with redirect process and deletion process. This article has the title problem but above I mentioned the reason about it. You can consult me for further details and misunderstanding on this topic. Good day:) Morgankarki (talk) 14:05, 21 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I have no concerns about the TITLE of the article, nor its contents. What I am concerned about is your talk page editing behaviour. Removing other editors' comments, blanking the page, or undoing other talk page edits, looks like vandalism because this looks like you are trying to take OWNERSHIP of the article. Please remember that whatever you write needs to survive the CONSENSUS editing decisions of future editors. When you hit the publish button, you release all control over what you have written. There are 120,097 active editors out there in Wikipedialand, (not even counting anonymous editors), who you need to satisfy with what you write, or they will change it. You cannot protect an article against the consensus, don't even try, it is ultimately futile. - Cameron Dewe (talk) 12:46, 22 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Indian Predator: The Butcher of Delhi

[edit]

Please note that Indian Predator: The Butcher of Delhi was deleted / changed to a redirect following a discussion at Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Indian_Predator:_The_Butcher_of_Delhi. Please respect that discussion. The best option would be to create a draft at Draft:Indian Predator: The Butcher of Delhi and wait for it to be reviewed. Alternatively, asking for a deletion review, pointing to the history version with your changes. Ignoring an AFD discussion just a few weeks old is disruptive and not helpful. Ravensfire (talk) 15:22, 21 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon

Your recent editing history at Rastriya Swatantra Party shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war; read about how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you do not violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. Hello! Voting in the 2024 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 2 December 2024. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2024 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:50, 19 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
