Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited 2014–15 KHL season, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Mikhail Varnakov. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Hey, you recently reverted all my edits on Ironbound, The Electric Age and White Devil Armory could you please give me a proper explanation why you think my edits were "unnecessary" and "screw up the whole article"? AlddiHagg0815 (talk) 23:50, 1 March 2015 (UTC)

Why do you remove information regarding UK/US? World doesn't consist of only Europe. You can undo me reversions, but only IF you promise to include UK/US release dates and US record label. Sabbatino (talk) 13:02, 2 March 2015 (UTC)

A tag has been placed on Ostrogoth (band) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a band or musician, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Information icon Hello, I'm Qed237. I noticed that you made a change to an article, 2015–16 UEFA Europa League, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Qed237 (talk) 20:28, 31 May 2015 (UTC)

Are you trying to predict the future? No teams shall be added unless they actually have qualified. Qed237 (talk) 20:32, 31 May 2015 (UTC)
I was writing a message on your talk page, but I guess I'll just write here. Those teams that I added qualified. If you have doubts then go check those leagues' websites. Sabbatino (talk) 20:34, 31 May 2015 (UTC)
I am watching Serie A right now and Napoli can still reach Champions League, it is 10 minutes left. And none of the Greek teams have the round decided as they may finish everything between 3rd and 5th. We already have notes for teams that have qualified but not decided what round they will play in. Greek teams may not be decided until next sunday. Qed237 (talk) 20:40, 31 May 2015 (UTC)
Then I guess Serie A's website likes to mistaken people, because it states that all teams already played 38 games each. Sabbatino (talk) 20:43, 31 May 2015 (UTC)
It is a "live table" with current matches included. Qed237 (talk) 20:49, 31 May 2015 (UTC)
I didn't know that. Thanks for explaining. Sabbatino (talk) 20:51, 31 May 2015 (UTC)

Country names

The following discussion is closed. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made on the appropriate discussion page. No further edits should be made to this discussion.

Country names shouldn't be linked unless they are likely to be misunderstood, confused with another country or unknown to the average reader. Therefore many defunct countries are linked. Hungary and Poland are not defunct countries – you're talking about official names, names by which no average person called these countries, and these names are not relevant to articles about racing drivers. In the 80s, 99.9% of English speakers referred to Hungary and Poland as Hungary and Poland, and we stick to common names outside articles where these formal titles are relevant. For the same reasons, in the Schumacher article for example, we refer to West Germany, and not the Federal Republic of Germany. Cheers, Bretonbanquet (talk) 17:03, 13 June 2015 (UTC)

I didn't really knew such things as my country was under communist-rule after WWII. But when thinking about that, we also called every country by they short forms no matter what. So I kinda punched myself in the face when I made those edits. Thanks anyway and I'll keep that in mind before making an edit next time. Sabbatino (talk) 17:18, 13 June 2015 (UTC)

I didn't say that you insulted me. I said that in general as your last message to me (Get off my talk page and leave me alone.) was rude and could lead to insults. I'm sure you mean well, but just so you know, this is not vandalism. In New York City we often treat the borough as if it were a city, and indeed this is how they are referred to by mailing address. E.g. your address would 123 Main St, Brooklyn, NY, not New York, NY. Other articles also seem to follow the same pattern, such as Barclays Center (Brooklyn), or Flushing Meadows–Corona Park (Queens). We should probably take to the talk page to discuss this further, but I just wanted to ask you to be more careful about labeling edits as vandalism, as it can be a deterrent to new users. At the very least, try to assume good faith. Best MusikAnimal talk 01:31, 18 June 2015 (UTC)

You may wish to familiarize yourself with WP:BOOMERANG. If you run around reporting me, that is almost certainly what is going to happen to you, given all of your personal attacks, edit warring etc. Handpolk ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ 14:05, 2 July 2015 (UTC)
There were no personal attacks. My edits were legit. You reverted all vandalisms that I removed. And I'll report you again if you keep harassing me. Take care, troll. – Sabbatino (talk) 14:07, 2 July 2015 (UTC)
Calling me a troll is a personal attack. Telling me I have no reading comprehension is a personal attack. I fear your career on Wikipedia is about to come to an end as you seem to have no interest in editing collaboratively or ceasing your personal attacks. Handpolk ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ 14:39, 2 July 2015 (UTC)
You're the one who called me a troll first. Don't worry, you're already reported. I'm in Wikipedia for a lot longer than you and I know what I can do and what I can't. And looks like your days are over as you keep harassing me and vandalise all articles that I made edits to. – Sabbatino (talk) 14:49, 2 July 2015 (UTC)
Your report was denied. They said you should take it to ANI. Acting in good faith, I should warn you that if you do that, it's highly likely you will wind up getting blocked. Re: [1]. A good faith content dispute is not vandalism. Please do not characterize it as such. Resolute 14:56, 2 July 2015 (UTC)

A good faith edit is when there's a source. And furthermore, that edit is not relevant. Who cares if that player is first from his country to be drafted into NHL. You don't see other players from their countries to be mentioned in articles as the first to be drafted from country X. That user keeps reverting everything I edit and harasses me everywhere. I already reported him and I hope it won't take long until he's banned/blocked from editing. – Sabbatino (talk) 15:01, 2 July 2015 (UTC)
"Who cares if that player is first from his country to be drafted into NHL." I do, for one. I found that very interesting. Given that you also thought the Warriors winning the NBA Finals was not a relevant addition to that article, it might be best if you just stuck to what the RS's say in the future, rather than using your own original research on what is or isn't relevant. Handpolk ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ 15:14, 2 July 2015 (UTC)
Handpolk, Sabbatino does seem to have merit to his claim that you are following him around reverting a lot of stuff. Included in that is this, which appears to be you re-inserting a dead link in place of the official team website. So no, you do not appear to be occupying a high ground either. In fact, you both seem to be edit warring across multiple articles right now, and I suggest you both stop. (As an aside, something like this is just terribly formatted, and like I suggest below, the proper course when an addition like that is challenged is to discuss whether the addition is appropriate on a talk page.)
That said, Sabbatino, his revert in this particular case still isn't vandalism, obvious or otherwise. Nor is your dispute on the 2015 NBA Hall of Fame class. These are mere editing disagreements, and the solution to them is to solicit more feedback via the article or project talk pages and try to build a consensus. Resolute 15:27, 2 July 2015 (UTC)
I respect your view that his claims have merit. Mine do as well. Handpolk ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ 00:35, 3 July 2015 (UTC)

Information icon Thank you for trying to keep Wikipedia free of vandalism. However, one or more edits you labeled as vandalism are not considered vandalism under Wikipedia policy. Wikipedia has a stricter definition of the word "vandalism" than common usage, and mislabeling edits as vandalism can discourage editors. Please read Wikipedia:NOTVAND for more information on what is and is not considered vandalism. Thank you. TL22 (talk) 22:20, 2 July 2015 (UTC)

You mean adding to Golden State Warriors that the Golden State Warriors won the 2015 NBA Finals is not vandalism? The more you know. Handpolk ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ 00:30, 3 July 2015 (UTC)
You should stop escalating a conflict for nothing. Except if you have NPD then I understand why you're so hurt over nothing (no pun intended). – Sabbatino (talk) 08:12, 3 July 2015 (UTC)
This is actual vandalism. Not when somebody cites with sources that a team just won a World Championship on the article of that team. Handpolk ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ 08:42, 3 July 2015 (UTC)
Yes. However, I consider unsourced material as vandalism unless there's a [citation needed] inserted. – Sabbatino (talk) 09:15, 3 July 2015 (UTC)
And you are wrong. User:ToonLucas22 just warned you about doing that and you need to stop. You don't get to redefine vandalism. Just add the citation needed tag yourself. Handpolk ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ 09:18, 3 July 2015 (UTC)
I got no warnings from User:ToonLucas22. – Sabbatino (talk) 16:31, 3 July 2015 (UTC)
Sabbatino, unsourced material is not vandalism. Please stop characterizing it as such. Resolute 16:46, 3 July 2015 (UTC)
Some of the unsourced material IS vandalism. By that I mean that clearly trivial things are vandalism. – Sabbatino (talk) 16:51, 3 July 2015 (UTC)
No, that is not vandalism either. What is "clearly trivial" to you is not necessarily trivial to others. If you remove something as trivial, note it as such and invite people to discuss on the talk page. If they revert you, then again, take it to the talk page or to a project talk page. Please stop labeling it as vandalism. Resolute 16:56, 3 July 2015 (UTC)
You mean to say that this is not vandalism? This is completely trivial and it's clearly vandalism. – Sabbatino (talk) 16:58, 3 July 2015 (UTC)
No, I am saying that this is not vandalism. Your example is vandalism, but mine is simply trivia. Resolute 17:04, 3 July 2015 (UTC)
Your example is trivia which is true. While mine example is trivia which has no sources to back it up. Next time I'll add [citation needed] to such sentences/paragraphs/etc. as your example. – Sabbatino (talk) 17:14, 3 July 2015 (UTC)
That would be fine. Thanks! Resolute 17:27, 3 July 2015 (UTC)

Danis & Gragnani were not assigned to Albany

The following discussion is closed. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made on the appropriate discussion page. No further edits should be made to this discussion.

Hello. You recently undid the NJ Devils roster saying that Danis & Gragnani were assigned to Albany with a link from the AHL. The link itself just mentions that both players were signed to 2-way contract for this season. I can say that they both are playing in NJ with these links from the website: Danis & Gragnani as well as the Albany Devils website: Danis & Gragnani. Again all five just state that both players were signed, but there is nothing to say that were assigned to Albany.

I have always placed 2-way players on the NHL & AHL rosters. Training camp is in September so no assignments have been made. Thank you. Raul17 (talk) 19:20, 4 July 2015 (UTC)

Hey! I didn't know that and completely forgot about the training camp, and I also forgot to visit NJ Devils website. Thanks for taking time and coming here to explain your policy regarding the roster. I'll keep that in mind next time. Cheers! – Sabbatino (talk) 19:25, 4 July 2015 (UTC)
Hello again. I just wanted to avoid any problems. When the time comes that those players are sent to the minors, it would be nice if you "hide" them. If there is an off chance that they are recalled, it's easy to "unhide" them. Thanks, again!! Raul17 (talk) 19:51, 4 July 2015 (UTC)

Hi. I saw that you added Divisions and regular season format to 2015–16 KHL season. However, if look here you can see that: As before, the Championship will comprise two stages. In the first stage, the regular season, each team will play every other team, once at home and once on the road, giving a total of 54 games (27 at home and 27 on the road), plus 6 additional games (3 at home, and 3 on the road) to be played by each team against rival clubs from its own conference. Thus, each team will play a total of 60 games in the regular season. Not as previous season. Regards RefDr (talk) 19:35, 4 July 2015 (UTC)

Hey! I'll edit it. When I added everything I didn't really had time to read the article. Thanks for pointing that out, because I completely forgot about it. But only the format changed, conferences and divisions stayed. – Sabbatino (talk) 19:42, 4 July 2015 (UTC)

I know what you're saying, but his number is definitely 21. The 21st start date is, if anything, just a publicity stunt (while they sort out his work permit) to tie in with the number he's worn for club and country for ages, and which NYCFC seem pretty determined to give him for them, too. Falastur2 Talk 19:08, 6 July 2015 (UTC)

@User:Falastur2 I just visited NYC FC's website and saw that Hernandez's number is already changed to 2. Well that was quick as Angeliño's number is still a mystery. Looks like we don't need to look for solutions anymore. Thanks for your time. Cheers! – Sabbatino (talk) 19:12, 6 July 2015 (UTC)

Speculative? (concering removal of my Portland Trail Blazers edit)

It's a known fact that the Blazers are the only major league sports franchise in Portland, as MLS (the home of the Portland Timbers), is not yet considered a major league sport. If you were referring to the situation with the team exec, why did you remove that note?

Speculative, because – 1. You provided no source. 2. Learn some grammar before trying to edit something as that sentence was grammatically incorrect and made no sense whatsoever. 3. That statement brings no relevance to the article as Portland is not the only place in the US that has only one team in four major sports. – Sabbatino (talk) 19:05, 7 July 2015 (UTC)

Hi, Sabbatino, I happen to have the Washington Capitals page on my watchlist, and I noticed this edit. What you reverted there wasn't vandalism; changing the capitalization of the team colors might not be the most productive edit in the world, but it is far from vandalism. Vandalism implies a deliberate intent to damage the wiki, and I can't see how one could infer malice from a change to the capitalization of colors (though I agree that they're better off uncapitalized). I see you reverted a similar edit by the same IP here, also labeling it vandalism. Please don't label things vandalism that aren't. The difference isn't just semantic; reversion of vandalism is exempt from many of the normal rules of editing (such as the prohibition on edit warring), so mislabeled vandalism can lead to actual problems. It can also alienate good-faith editors when they see that others consider their edits malicious. Not the hugest of deals, but please keep it in mind for the future, okay? Writ Keeper  20:19, 7 July 2015 (UTC)

Hi. No problem, but then please advise how would I need to call such edit? Grammar correction? I'm pleased that there are people who are willing to communicate in civil manners. Cheers! – Sabbatino (talk) 20:23, 7 July 2015 (UTC)
Eh, you could call it that, I suppose. I'd just say something descriptive like "colors are better off uncapitalized". It is kind of a weird thing to encapsulate in an edit summary, but as long as people can tell what's going on in the edit, it's fine. Writ Keeper  20:26, 7 July 2015 (UTC)

It's not unretired. Bowen just gave his permission to Aldridge to wear #12. His number will still be in the rafters. As soon as Aldridge ends his career or leaves for another team that number will be again taken out of circulation. Anyway, discussion has been initiated on WikiProject NBA regarding this matter. – Sabbatino (talk) 07:32, 24 July 2015 (UTC)

Because AIV isn't meant for discussion, I'm bringing this here. Vandalism reported at AIV should be obvious, which means (in part) that a patrolling admin shouldn't have to ask questions to figure out whether or not it's appropriate editing behavior. Which type of vandalism fits this user's edits? They appear, on the surface, to be legitimate attempts to improve the encyclopedia. If they aren't, then he should be reported -- but not at AIV, because the format of that board is only intended for cases where there can be no possible defense and no need for discussion. –Darkwind (talk) 05:47, 6 August 2015 (UTC)

By legitimate attempts to improve the encyclopedia, you mean user can add whatever he/she wants and ignores consesuses? Furthermore, he/she uses 2 different IP addresses to make edits and all edits made by this user get reverted all the time. – Sabbatino (talk) 16:11, 6 August 2015 (UTC)

In the podcast from this source, he mentioned that there will be a new album around 2016 or something. I just listened to the podcast last night. MetalDiablo666 (talk) 13:37, 12 September 2015 (UTC)

@MetalDiablo666: I guess I missed it somehow, because I listened to the same podcast about 2-3 days ago and didn't hear anything related to new album. I also listened to it this morning and I still didn't find anything related to new album... However, given your all edits on heavy metal music, you seem to a reliable person when adding certain information and I'm not going to dig this any deeper and will trust your word. – Sabbatino (talk) 13:58, 12 September 2015 (UTC)
I just listened to the podcast again. He did mention some next record being written. MetalDiablo666 (talk) 14:21, 12 September 2015 (UTC)

Komandų spalvos

The following discussion is closed. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made on the appropriate discussion page. No further edits should be made to this discussion.

Sveikas, pastebėjau keiti krepšinio komandų straipsnių spalvas, aš keičiu jas į pvz. balta-žalia-žalia, nes balti rėmai fone nesimato, todėl užrašas atrodo mažesnis (nesiderina su kitom komandom, kurios turi trispalvius) ir ištrynus Colour3 eilutę, rėmeliai ir taip pasidaro balti. Be to, aš derinu su Basketball colors duomenų baze (spalvomis, kurias rodo žaidėjų puslapiuose), aišku galima sakyti čia skonio reikalas, bet manau, kad mano variantas atrodo daug stilingiau. Tikiuosi galim susitart kaip daryt, gal įtikinau, o gal tu priversi mane persigalvot.  :)

If you don't understand this let me know and I'll translate, I just assume you speak Lithuanian. 8obis (talk) 13:48, 17 September 2015 (UTC)

@8obis: Sveikas. – Sabbatino (talk) 15:38, 17 September 2015 (UTC)

Reaching a consensus for the Islanders' home city location.

Hello User:Sabbatino, I was just curious as to how I reach a consensus? The home city location for the Barclays Center (the home arena for the NHL's New York Islanders) is listed as 620 Atlantic Ave., Brooklyn, NY 11217, per the Islanders' Contact Us page. IMO, I believe that Wikipedia should list the home city location for all sports teams based on the physical address of a specific team's home arena/stadium. How do you propose I reach consensus with other editors? Charlesaaronthompson (talk) 19:38, 14 October 2015 (UTC)

Actually, that IP editor was right. Z's NBA career started at the beginning of the 1997–98 season, not the 1996–97 season. rence.com/players/i/ilgauzy01.html His debut was October 31, 1997. Rikster2 (talk) 13:37, 18 October 2015 (UTC)

@Rikster2: You can't just write on someone's talk page and then delete that content. Regardless if it got corrected, changed, etc. Let this be a warning to you not to do such things again (at least on my talk page) or you'll get reported. – Sabbatino (talk) 14:38, 18 October 2015 (UTC)
Sure I can, there is no WP policy against it. I made a mistake so I took it off. But feel free to "report me" if you want Rikster2 (talk) 15:20, 18 October 2015 (UTC)
I am going to recommend that you read this: Wikipedia:Assume good faith. Even if you have read it before, my interactions with you over the last week or so indicate you could stand to peruse it again. Rikster2 (talk) 16:33, 18 October 2015 (UTC)
It's called harassment. You might not agree with me, but I was keeping an eye on you and you started editing exactly the same articles as me. That might be coincidence, but given the past of such behavior from other users' I tend to call it harassment. You were rude when you deleted data (it was your comment, but still) from my talk page and I don't tolerate such behavior. I advise you to stop this discussion on my page and don't reply to this comment or I'll call it personal space harassment and I'll have to go further (which I don't really wanna do).Sabbatino (talk) 16:42, 18 October 2015 (UTC)
P.S. All your interactions with me were rude and I'm not going to back down and act like everything's "fine". If someone is rude to me then I'm rude to that person. Simple as that. – Sabbatino (talk) 16:42, 18 October 2015 (UTC)
I am going to respond despite you telling me not to because you threw out an accusation then are trying to keep me from responding. This will be my last comment. I edit any number of basketball articles all over Wikipedia. I am not following you, I follow recent edits to basketball articles. I was not rude when I left the comment and I was not rude in my edit summary when I deleted it. Pleas do report me if you think you should. I am quite confident a reasonable admin would look at my behavior vis-a-vis yours and not see an issue. Goodbye, sir, I won't post on your talk page again unless you give me some reason I need to issue a warning. Rikster2 (talk) 17:04, 18 October 2015 (UTC)
1. I didn't accuse anyone of anything. I specifically stated that "it might be my mistake, but it looks to me...". Which part of this statement you don't understand? I think you need to peruse my comment again. 2. I didn't say that you'll be reported. I said that if there's a need then I will do that. 3. I didn't say your comment was rude. I said it was rude for you to delete it from my talk page (despite it being corrected on the respected article). Edit summaries have nothing to do with it. 4. NOTHING gets deleted from my talk page unless it's spam, personal attack, etc. – Sabbatino (talk) 17:21, 18 October 2015 (UTC)

Achievements aren't added until the end of the season?

I'm not sure where you got that idea, but I follow several European teams and one in particular, Bayern Munich, was so far in front of the rest of the first division for the last two years that they were awarded the league title more than six games before the season ended and it was on their season and club pages as soon as it happened. If you want this applied to all association football articles, you'll have to convince the project. Walter Görlitz (talk) 22:36, 18 October 2015 (UTC)

@Walter Görlitz: I asked, because usually it's the way I wrote on your talk page. I'm not going to name the leagues, but there are some hostile editors who would revert your edit instantly without further discussion. Just wanted to get some clarification from you. – Sabbatino (talk) 06:23, 19 October 2015 (UTC)

NOTBROKEN / SEAOFBLUE

The following discussion is closed. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made on the appropriate discussion page. No further edits should be made to this discussion.

It's kind of a minor issue, but coding of Houston, Texas isn't a "SEAOFBLUE" issue. WP:SEAOFBLUE is specifically about multiple links clumped together (like Houston, Texas or Houston, Texas). It's acceptable to just let the redirect "Houston, Texas" per WP:NOTBROKEN, which advises to essentially let a redirect "do its job." Usually Houston, Texas would be seen as an unnecessary DAB, but I don't personally care either way. But changing Houston, Texas to Houston, Texas is not addressing SEAOFBLUE at all. Rikster2 (talk) 16:43, 20 October 2015 (UTC)

per Template:Infobox football club documentation

documentation doesn't preclude the location of the stadium. You might want to gain consensus for your mass changes. Walter Görlitz (talk) 06:14, 21 October 2015 (UTC)

What "mass changes"? I changed just ONE football club's stadium/ground and you call it "mass changes"? Furthermore, documentation is clear. Club's location is already in the lead. So if it was my will then every location would be wiped off from infoboxes. However, there's no consensus on how the | stadium/ground parameter should look like as every team's article contains differences regarding this parameter. For example, Manchester United F.C., Juventus F.C., FC Bayern Munich, etc. I do agree that a consensus should be reached, because now it looks ridiculous that every team's infobox is different and one teams follow the documentation while others do don't. – Sabbatino (talk) 08:02, 21 October 2015 (UTC)

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Classic Rock Roll of Honour Awards, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Slash, Kings of Chaos and Walking Papers. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Are you an authority on the band RATT? The members you keep listing as current members are not, in fact, current members. Maybe you are not aware that Joshua Alan, Bobby Blotzer, Blaze, Scott Griffin, and Michael "Doc" Ellis are the current members of the band, and have already performed a show under such name, with more scheduled in the future. Until the courts say otherwise, this is the current line up of RATT, and they will continue to perform under the name RATT until such time as the courts say they cannot. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Qnsryker (talkcontribs) 03:53, 20 November 2015 (UTC)

@Qnsryker: Show RELIABLE sources FIRST. Then you can add that content. Until the court says otherwise, last known Ratt lineup stays. And lower your tone, because you're rude and don't really understand how Wikipedia works and how a discussion is made. Until you know these things – don't make any comments on my talk page. – Sabbatino (talk) 08:37, 20 November 2015 (UTC)

Thanks for your recent change to the New York Knicks to restore the standard eight-digit XXXX-XXXX year range format for NBA articles. However, it's a bit harsh to write that it's "disruptive" in the edit summary. In the future, consider pointing the editor to the manual of style on their talk page, specifically WP:DATERANGE in this case. You could alternatively use a template like uw-mos1. Don't worry, I've already informed the other editor. Thanks for your edits on NBA articles.—Bagumba (talk) 22:35, 21 November 2015 (UTC)

P.S. I see that you've had some past feedback on the use of the term "vandalism". I find it's sometimes safer to generically call edits "unsourced", making no judgment on intent unless the pattern is persistent. Cheers.—Bagumba (talk) 22:35, 21 November 2015 (UTC)

Your suggestion on "vandalism" is pretty much outdated as I rarely name something like that anymore. – Sabbatino (talk) 22:58, 21 November 2015 (UTC)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Dubious map with millions of grammatical mistakes.

The following discussion is closed. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made on the appropriate discussion page. No further edits should be made to this discussion.

Hi. My sources aren't more dubious than the Ilustrowany atlas historii Polski, wyd. Demart, Warszawa 2006 who confuses "wassal state" with "fief" and anticipes "hospodar" for a century. About your "millions of grammatical mistakes", into the "Two nations", the names are in their POLISH form as in the polish map (this names were in use in this times). Into Hungary, in their magyar form. Into the baltic area, in their baltic form. Into Transylvania (under the Magyar names), Moldavia & Wallachia (upper the polish names), in their romanian form (transcripted from the romanian medieval specific cyrillic script). Into the Crimean khanate, into their turkic form, transcritped from the arab script. All this (included the transcription rules) are known by the historians of this area. You can verify all this, but perhaps it's easier and shorter to revert my work and to prefer, for Wikipedia, a map who represents Bialgorod & Akkerman as two different cities, and who anticipes Akkerman (appeared after 1484 - ottoman conquest) and Hospodar (appeared after 1500). My english is rocky but I make the effort to speak it, et toi, tu peux faire l'effort de t'exprimer en français ? Ca m'étonnerait. I have no words, when I'm confronted with this way of "collaboration". --Spiridon Ion Cepleanu (talk) 16:33, 6 December 2015 (UTC)

1. I can barely understand your English. 2. There are many states that didn't even exist – Great Duchy of Lithuania, Kingdom of Danemark, Teutonic Domain, etc. 3. There are many Polish writings which are present on the original (current) map. 4. Original material shouldn't be edited according to someone's taste. 5. What does your unclear rambling have to do with me and French language? 6. DISCUSS such changes on that article's talk page and not here!Sabbatino (talk) 15:46, 8 December 2015 (UTC)
