If that's how SmackDown! will be searched on here, then yeah. Like I said, I don't want to be part of that discussion and yes I know, I'm a coward for ignoring the topic. -- ThinkBlue (HitBLUE)20:15, 22 May 2008 (UTC)
Well, I just want to be clear from the discussion and thanks for me not being a coward. ;) Hey, I want to apologize for not helping you with the WWF/E video game list, I've been busy with other stuff. -- ThinkBlue (HitBLUE)20:21, 22 May 2008 (UTC)
Yup, the sources I'll do. Yeah, is there a limit when it comes to peer reviews? The reason I ask, is cause I currently have two and I want to add one to an article, but I'm wondering if there's a limit or not. -- ThinkBlue (HitBLUE)03:05, 24 May 2008 (UTC)
The number of stub articles has decreased to its lowest level since the project began its focus on improving them. The goal is to get the number below 600, and we're getting close. It would be greatly appreciated if anyone could help expand and/or source an article or two. A list has been placed on the stub article subpage of stub articles of well-known wrestlers that should be fairly easy to improve.

Tasty!
KingiMatthew2008 has given you Brownies! Brownies promote WikiLove and hopefully this plate has made your day better, and made you less hungry! Spread the WikiLove to others, whether it be someone you have had disagreements with in the past or a good friend. Cheers, and Happy editing! Have a nice, delicious plate of chocolate brownies. You've been doing a great job in recent weeks, so I though you deserved a treat. Enjoy! KingiMatthew200821:21, 20 May 2008 (UTC)
I think the article is going to need some more copyediting before it's ready for GA status. I'm not honestly sure if it will pass its reassessment (it seems like a much more difficult path to GA status), but I feel pretty confident that it would pass a GA review if it was relisted after a thorough copyedit. RE: WrestleMania
I think the background/history part is pretty important to the article, so I don't think it should be removed. However, I think there is too much to make it an FL. If you want it to be an FL, I would suggest making two separate articles: List of WrestleMania dates and venues and keep the WrestleMania article as a history of the event type of thing. Nikki31122:14, 22 May 2008 (UTC)
The list article? The table with the dates, venues, and maybe list the main events (see SummerSlam). I'd ask on WT:PW first before creating any new articles, though, and get some other opinions. Nikki31122:21, 22 May 2008 (UTC)
Learn how to move pages dude.
It is...(I can't stress this enough...) HIGHLY DISCOURAGED to redirect pages in order to move them per WP:MOVE. The reason the page cannot be moved by normal users is because an admin blocked page moves to the article due to a number of users moving the page a few months ago. To move the page you must contact an admin to perform the task. Redirecting pages in order to move them disrupts history pages of articles, which is why it is frowned on to do so. Assume good faith next time Truco. -- bulletproof3:1607:17, 24 May 2008 (UTC)

Hey, I'm Cimmo, I put my self up for adoption and someone has offered but I declined that offer. LAX recommended that you are the one that should adopt me because you know alot of stuff about Wikipedia, but I only want help on wrestling articles. If you accept me that would be cool. Cheers.- Cimmo (talk) 3:39, 26 May (UTC)
How do I write a good wrestling article, with people helping me and also are you cool with me? Cheers.- Cimmo (talk) 7:31, 27 May (UTC)
No I don't. Can you teach me how. Cheers.- Cimmo (talk) 3:42, 27 May (UTC)
I dont want you to be my adopted person. So can you drop me as your adopter. Cheers.- Cimmo (talk), 8:17 31 May (UTC)
Nothing. I made a mistake I should of thought before I wrote that. Sorry. Do you still want to be my adopter. Cheers.- Cimmo (talk), 8:30, 31 May (UTC)
O.k I'm going to start the Pro Wrestling Ohio article, if you want to lend a hand it will be much apreciated! The link can be found at User: Steelerfan-94/PWO. also what infobox would you use for the article? 23:57, 30 May 2008 (UTC) ZACH23:58, 30 May 2008 (UTC)

Hello yet again. I regretfully inform you that the bot we were using to update the user status at Wikipedia:Highly Active Users, SoxBot V, was blocked for its constant updating. With this bot out of operation, a patch is in the works. Until that patch is reviewed and accepted by the developers, some options have been presented to use as workarounds: 1) Qui monobook (not available in Internet Explorer); 2) User:Hersfold/StatusTemplate; 3) Manually updating User:StatusBot/Status/USERNAME; or 4) Not worry about it and wait for the patch to go through, which hopefully won't take long. If you have another method, you can use that, too. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me. Useight (talk) 18:01, 3 June 2008 (UTC)
Barnstar
The Tireless Contributor Barnstar
Here is an early barnstar for changing the infoboxes in wrestling pay-per-view articles. Good idea..I know it will be very helpful. Good work! iMatthewT.C.20:54, 3 June 2008 (UTC)
Okay because I don't pay attention to message boards. I just do the small things around here. I guess I'll change the TNA articles then.--WillC (talk) 21:32, 3 June 2008 (UTC)
No problem. I would really like to get TNA articles to be just as important as WWE's. That why I've been working more of TNA's stuff than WWE's. Uploading images and making articles for future ppvs.--WillC (talk) 21:35, 3 June 2008 (UTC)
Well I have no idea how to do that. I'm not very good at making reports. Just look at Lockdown (2008). I almost screwed that one up. Then again there was nothing to screw up because I'm the only one that wrote the report.--WillC (talk) 21:41, 3 June 2008 (UTC)
The TNA articles are done. I don't think there is a reason to do ROH's because they only have a few ppvs.--WillC (talk) 00:40, 4 June 2008 (UTC)
Yeah I agree. After they have a few more then it should be done. I'll help you if you want on the WWE stuff. Just tell me the ones you haven't done.--WillC (talk) 00:56, 4 June 2008 (UTC)
Okay, I'll try. I'm use to doing that way because I would observe other people's edits and that was how they did it and after a while I just started getting use to doing like that.--WillC (talk) 01:01, 4 June 2008 (UTC)
Question:How do I get that little Online thingy you have at the top right corner? Is that special or do I need a certain template?--WillC05:29, 16 June 2008 (UTC)
Development content is very important to include in an encyclopedic video game article. It provides a history of how the game came to be and provides real world information needed for an article to claim comprehensiveness. However, writing this section can be difficult because the amount and type of information available will vary for each game. One of the best sources for such information is a developer interview. These can provide insight into the thought process of the designers and give examples of influences and obstacles encountered. Previews can also be helpful by giving a snap shot of the game before it was released and may mention development issues that were still being addressed.
When writing about development, common sense should be used to organize content to maintain a sense of flow for the reader. Most times, it is best to give the information in a somewhat chronological order—though information can also be grouped by topics like audio, promotion, graphics, etc. If one such topic gets large enough, it can be split off into its own subsection or regular section. For example, Kingdom Hearts#Audio is a separate section from the rest of the development information because it focuses on the game's musical score and voice acting. Portal (video game)#Soundtrack, however, does not have as much content and is a subsection of the main development section.
What to include about development
Who are the developers? Which company or studio developed the game, and are there any prominent designers involved?
When did development begin?
When and where was the game first announced? (e.g. Tokyo Game Show, E3 Media and Business Summit, etc.)
What influenced the game's story, characters, music, and/or gameplay ? (e.g. past games, movies, books, etc.)
Were there any delays?
Was anything excluded because of time or technological constraints? (e.g. extra levels, game modes, characters, story arcs, etc.)
Things to remember
Avoid proseline. Though maintaining a sense to chronology is important, this section should not read like an ordered list of events.
Images in this section should be relevant to the information given and should add on to it.
Source everything to avoid information being tagged as original research.
Sorry but I don't assume good faith when the user didn't bother to read the discussion pages for that article to find what the conclusions were rather than to revise history for the page and try to claim his own. We already concluded on how the information should look on that page a while ago, why someone continues to try and say otherwise is beyond me. If you're going to tell me to not insult the guy, then tell him not to insult my intelligence and try to read through the talk pages and carefully read the reply that I made to his 5 page long ramble on how he sees the history going down. New PPV Infobox details
I have been going through some of the WCW PPV articles, adding the new chronology information. If you get chance could you have a quick look and make sure I am doing them right, then I can press on with the rest. So far I have done Beach Blast, WCW Mayhem, Road Wild, Souled Out and The Great American Bash but before I start on the rest I just wanted to make sure that the information was correct.
Actually, I don't think I'll worry about getting them done as the ones above have all been reverted by 13 of Diamonds so I will assume that they were deemed unnecessary. --Apsouthern (talk) 09:33, 9 June 2008 (UTC)
There should have been a discussion about this. The last time a new championship was supposedly announced before the draft, it's existence turned out to be unnecessary (SmackDown! Championship in 2005). I feel we should wait until at least an actual belt is seen or presented, much in the same way the TNA Knockout's title was treated. --UnquestionableTruth--02:35, 7 June 2008 (UTC)
Well from the stuff that I've read online it seems highly likely. Still disregarding dirt sheets, there just isn't enough information to verify its existence at the moment. Only a mention of a Diva's title was made and the last time a Championship switched brands was only 3 years ago. If it happened before it can happen again. It's just that this close to the draft a number of things can be possible. At least when the Knockout's title was announced, images of the actual new belt had surfaced which confirmed and justified its existence. However, now that the page has been created, deleting it wouldn't do much good as I can guarantee I will be created again by others that just watched SmackDown. Keeping a close eye on it would be the best thing to do. --UnquestionableTruth--02:49, 7 June 2008 (UTC)
Hey, what's up? It's been a while since we last met. Wow... you've done A LOT on Wikipedia since then; multiple good articles, the consistence in pro wrestling articles. You've made more edits than me! I remeber when you were just a novice, but then you grew into what you are today... :D (...blah...blah...blah....) So that's all. Here:

I have some free time to help now. Reply with a list of what I can do to speed this along. If I'm not no when you reply, don't worry, I'll get to it the next time I log on. :) I have loads of free time and lost of boredom of my hands. It will get done. Gavyn Sykes (talk) 17:21, 11 June 2008 (UTC)
that fucked up the WCW Tag team championship page. I was removing a load of redundant wikilinks and must have deleted part of the table or something. Sorry. :) Gavyn Sykes (talk) 17:24, 11 June 2008 (UTC)
Alrighty then. I've written a pargraph on GM mode. Not sure if it's exactly what you were looking for. Let me know. Gavyn Sykes (talk) 18:20, 11 June 2008 (UTC)
Moved it the your sandbox and added some more info. I'm attempting to find a source for the ER bit as we speak. If I can't find one, I can look again later, and we can always remove it if a source can't be found. Gavyn Sykes (talk) 18:33, 11 June 2008 (UTC)
Yeah, some of those sources look a little debatable on the WP:RS front. Have a word with User:Ealdgyth, she's a stickler for good sources, and if she's happy then FLC will no doubt be happy! All the best, The Rambling Man (talk) 15:31, 13 June 2008 (UTC)
RS queries
Sorry it took me a couple of days to get back to you. I was busy with a horse show, but I've replied over on my talk page. Ealdgyth - Talk01:04, 16 June 2008 (UTC)
Hi, I don't want to do it right now because it's late and I'm about to get some sleep. There are GFDL issues involved because both pages have long histories and I don't want to screw it up. You could try someone else or I'll look at it tomorrow. Can it wait? --Rodhullandemu01:49, 18 June 2008 (UTC)
I've done this now and hopefully it's ok. The redirects look fine and so does the history. Let me now if there are any problems. --Rodhullandemu16:42, 18 June 2008 (UTC)
