Thank you.

A tag has been placed on Felix Zandman requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. iBentalk/contribsIf you reply here, please place a talkback notification on my page. 23:20, 31 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag - if no such tag exists then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hangon tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of We the Children (Keepers of the School), and it appears to include a substantial copy of http://story.cc/2-4-1416938869-We_the_Children_Keepers_of_the_School.html. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details. (If you own the copyright to the previously published content and wish to donate it, see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for the procedure.)

This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. A tag has been placed on Comparison of United States presidential candidates, 2012 requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia, because it appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion process. If you can indicate how it is different from the previously posted material, contest the deletion by clicking on the button that looks like this: which appears inside of the speedy deletion ({{db-...}}) tag (if no such tag exists, the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate). Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's discussion directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Administrators will consider your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. If you believe the original discussion was unjustified, please contact the administrator who deleted the page or use deletion review instead of recreating the page. Thank you. October 2012

[edit]

Hello. It appears that you have been canvassing—leaving messages on biased users' talk pages to notify them of an ongoing community decision, debate, or vote. While friendly notices are allowed, they should be limited and nonpartisan in distribution and should reflect a neutral point of view. Please do not post notices which are indiscriminately cross-posted, which espouse a certain point of view or side of a debate, or which are selectively sent only to those who are believed to hold the same opinion as you. Remember to respect Wikipedia's principle of consensus-building by allowing decisions to reflect the prevailing opinion among the community at large. At the moment, you've added identical text to over 100 Talk pages, which constitutes canvassing. We don't do that. Lexein (talk) 16:32, 23 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

1) Sorry if I did something wrong.

2) It was not intended to be partisan.
By the way I am curious which bias did it produce?

3) The only criteria was - users sorted by most edits from these relevant pages from "see also":
United States presidential election, 2012
Political positions of Mitt Romney
Political positions of Barack Obama

I only got to about half - here is the list:

Article preparation?

[edit]

Hi. I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused by the block, but really, you were way out of line with all that canvassing.

Before I unblock you, I'd like you to answer a few questions about the way that article was prepared. You submitted a huge amount of content, all at once, properly formatted. In a single save. It's not impossible to do that, of course, but eventually the edit window starts getting a bit cramped.

So, was this prepared in advance? If so, was it you who did the preparation? If not, who did? And where was it done? Granted, it's possible to do offline, but it's tricky to get all the refs correct. DS (talk) 21:54, 23 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I am not sure I get your question - it was a lot of SHOWPREVIEW and then a final save. In advance of what? I did the article based on formatting similar article from 2008. In any event I am not sure where this is going?
Okay, good enough. You're unblocked. DS (talk) 11:15, 24 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Election year politics articles, and thanks

[edit]

Hello Wikilogin, thank you for your work there, though it gets heated and some of that work was deleted. I hope that the comparision of views article can be undeleted once the election is over, and further cleaned up. Would you like a copy of the article copied into your userspace here to keep working on it?

Regards, – SJ + 22:03, 6 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Sj.
1) Thanks for kind attitude.
2) I did get a copy.
3) I will try to improve it,
but overall this experience was very discouraging...
I dont even so much begrudge the invested effort -
a lot bigger red flag for me is that
this did not seem at all like a balanced/rational process...
Thanks. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 109.67.209.4 (talk) 22:32, 6 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Israel 2013 polls

[edit]

Good work putting the polls! Please use the established format when listing the pollster (example: Haaretz/Dialog not Dialog for Haaretz). Thanks. :) --Metallurgist (talk) 06:45, 15 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks! Sorry. Will do.
Please please please try to keep the Poll names smaller and use English when there is an English. LIke Hegel Hadash or whatever it was is New Wave. We obviously have a size issue. Also, I am reversing your edit, which is certainly a good idea in theory, but looks terrible and is unnecessary. I am removing Tikun, which will free some space, and I will open discussion on Independence/Atzmaut being removed because with Barak resigning, it will likely not contest the election, and will definitely not win a seat (if it ever could). Dont take this personally, it was a good idea and in "good faith." Keep up the updates, you usually beat me to it!--Metallurgist (talk) 20:02, 1 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry. Will try to make names smaller and check for english versions.

Deletion discussion about Strong Israel

[edit]

Hello, Wikilogin123,

I wanted to let you know that there's a discussion about whether Strong Israel should be deleted. Your comments are welcome at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Strong Israel .

If you're new to the process, articles for deletion is a group discussion (not a vote!) that usually lasts seven days. If you need it, there is a guide on how to contribute. Last but not least, you are highly encouraged to continue improving the article; just be sure not to remove the tag about the deletion nomination from the top.

Thanks, MJH (talk) 01:32, 8 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Jiayu Electronics Technology requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. st170etalk 18:18, 6 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I'm Ironholds. Wikilogin123, thanks for creating Gogoro!

I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. Thank you for writing this article! Please address the tags on it; let me know if you need any help.

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse. Ironholds (talk) 00:42, 5 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Ernesto Cortázar II requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from https://www.ernestocortazar.net/index.php/biography. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". -- Black Falcon (talk) 20:35, 16 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

User:Wikilogin123/Comparison of United States presidential candidates, 2012, a page which you created or substantially contributed to (or which is in your userspace), has been nominated for deletion. Your opinions on the matter are welcome; you may participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/User:Wikilogin123/Comparison of United States presidential candidates, 2012 and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You are free to edit the content of User:Wikilogin123/Comparison of United States presidential candidates, 2012 during the discussion but should not remove the miscellany for deletion template from the top of the page; such a removal will not end the deletion discussion. Thank you. Legacypac (talk) 02:47, 1 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Zigeuner (short story) moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, Zigeuner (short story), does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Your contributed article, XFONE

[edit]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

Hello, I noticed that you recently created a new page, XFONE. First, thank you for your contribution; Wikipedia relies solely on the efforts of volunteers such as you. Unfortunately, the page you created covers a topic on which we already have a page – XPHONE. Because of the duplication, your article has been tagged for speedy deletion. Please note that this is not a comment on you personally and we hope you will continue helping to improve Wikipedia. If the topic of the article you created is one that interests you, then perhaps you would like to help out at XPHONE. If you have new information to add, you might want to discuss it at the article's talk page.

If you think the article you created should remain separate, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Additionally if you would like to have someone review articles you create before they go live so they are not nominated for deletion shortly after you post them, allow me to suggest the article creation process and using our search feature to find related information we already have in the encyclopedia. Try not to be discouraged. Wikipedia looks forward to your future contributions. CoolSkittle (talk) 17:59, 19 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
