Ve with caron

Ve with caron (В̌ в̌; italics: В̌ в̌) is a letter of the Cyrillic script.
It is used in the Shughni and Wakhi languages, where it represents the voiced labial–velar approximant /w/, like ⟨w⟩ in "wait".
