Somebody using IPs from the area around Youngstown, Ohio, including nearby western Pennsylvania, has been vandalizing hip-hop music articles since 2013, by adding incorrect, unsourced material. Frequent article targets include Deltron 3030, Deltron 3030 (album), Master P, Mack 10, Top Quality, Magnum Opus (Top Quality album), and many more. The disruption started in May 2013 from Kentucky IP 24.93.246.195,[1] then moved to eastern Ohio.

One frequent behavior is to switch around the names of artists. For instance in this 2014 edit, the vandal puts Mack 10 in front of Ice Cube, despite the album listing Ice Cube first. Another behavior is to change to wrong dates.[2][3]
