Piensa en esto y escribe una lista de 101 cosas que te gustaría SER, HACER o TENER.

Es en serio, no dudes ni por un instante en hacer este ejercicio por muy absurdo, aburrido
o banal que te parezca. Es imprescindible que aprendas a soñar y a enfocar tu energía en
esos sueños. Verás que las primeras 40 son fáciles de poner, luego puede que te cueste
más, pero ahí está la magia, porque a partir de la cuarenta, es cuanto tu mente recibirá
nuevos estímulos que la activen de nuevo, como cuando eras niño. Empieza con las
primeras 40, luego 30 más y luego 30 más. Y termina con una más para superar la barrera
de los 100. Si finalmente te salen más de 101 no te limites, sueña, escribe, y siente como
sería tu vida si lo lograses. Escribe ahora tu lista de los 101 deseos en una libreta o en el

el futuro, que es su presente actual, lo que ellos ven ahora.

Tu presente es tu pasado materializado. Todo a lo que le diste atención, energía y

foco hace días, semanas o años, que dirigió tus pensamientos creando una vibración,

que la ley de atracción unió y materializó; eso es a lo que llamas presente, el reflejo

Desde el mismo momento en que comenzaste a pertenecer a esta bella evoluciуn humana, la
naturaleza te regalу cuatro amigos formidables, entre ellos , uno muy especial que es un poco
mбs, ya lo verбs.
Estos amigos tuyos son:
La Conciencia
El Sub-consciente
El inconsciente, y
El Supra-consciente.
Esa funciуn de la cual conocemos o nos damos cuenta de nuestro exterior o interior es la
conciencia.
Estar consciente de algo, es darse cuenta plenamente de lo que estб sucediendo; de lo que estб
pasando, etc.

Ejemplo: Si tъ ves un crepъsculo muy hermoso y dices: “Quй belleza, esta puesta de sol ha
sido formidable”, tъ estбs consciente de esa puesta de sol. Cuando tu yo inferior se da cuenta
inmediata de lo que en йl acontece, de si en йl existen modificaciones, cambios, etc., estб
progresando o se estб atrasando, esta en la verdad o estб en la mentira. Ese dato inmediato,
esa informaciуn que nosotros obtenemos directa es lo que se llama conciencia. La conciencia
tiene muchas caracterнsticas de gran interйs.
En el consciente actъa tu Cristo, allн es donde se manifiesta para tu yo inferior los deseos de tu
Yo Superior primeramente y ante toda otra cosa, pero tambiйn pueden llegar allн deseos de tu
inconsciente y subconsciente que si no estбn limpios pueden perturbar tu armonнa. Pero este
estudio es para aquellos que sepan mejor manejar esto.
La conciencia no estб dentro del individuo como creen muchos, no estб en el espacio. Ella
estб exactamente envolviendo a tu cuerpo. Por eso las personas son lo que gritan tan duro que
no oнmos lo que nos dicen.

Todo el mundo ve la conciencia de otros envolviйndoles; si alguien tienen en la conciencia de

estar muy elegante, todo el mundo lo verб elegante, y si otro cree que estб enfermo, pбlido y
de mal aspecto, todo el mundo lo verб asн. Entonces cuнdate en escoger los estados de
conciencia que te van a rodear.
Tambiйn la conciencia es dinбmica, los estados de conciencia fluyen por el individuo
constantemente. Las formas de vida que te rodean tanto armoniosas como inarmoniosas te lo
pueden confirmar. Siempre los estados de conciencia de refieren a algo concreto, nunca un
estado de conciencia es difuso y sin intenciуn, ademбs de esta siempre es personal, nunca un
estado de conciencia de otra persona es igual (idйntico) a uno que tъ tengas; tambiйn es
totalitario, siempre sitъa tal cual es, completo y sin variaciones. Si un estado de conciencia
varнa ya no sigue el mismo, es otro.
Tu segundo amigo es el sub-consciente, que es el almacйn y director de todo lo que te sucede;
segъn las ideas que tengas almacenadas en йl, asн serб tu vida exterior (es conveniente meditar
mucho sobre este punto que es la causa de todos los problemas que tъ creas que no son tuyos).
Las imбgenes que son las formas de vida que actъan en estos planes del consciente, subconsciente
e inconsciente pasan primeramente por el consciente; si esta idea es grabada en йl
con mucha fuerza debido a la intensidad o la impresiуn que йsta le da, bien sea por lo
agradable o desagradable pasa el sub-consciente y una vez allн, si no la sacas por el poder de
la negaciуn, se te cristaliza y es como cargar con un muerto, y como dice el Maestro Jesъs:
“Que los muertos entierren a sus muertos”.
Cuando ves que una imagen llega a tu sub-consciente con decir: No lo acepto o no la acepto, a
ella no se le ocurre pasar a una sola cйlula de tu vida; es como ponerle una guardia
presidencia a un sitio indefenso. Muchas imбgenes pasa al sub-consciente sin que este la
perciba; para estos casos lo mбs idуneo, o lo mбs importante es mantener encendido un pilar
de Fuego Violeta alrededor del cuerpo fнsico que transmuta o sea que transforma en positivo
toda idea negativa (esto si el estudiante ya tiene el Maravilloso conocimiento de las Llamas).
El inconsciente es tu tercer amigo, el mбs profundo desconocido; este trae todo lo que tienes
de otras encarnaciones anteriores, tanto conocimientos como experiencia; por ejemplo:
muchas personas pintan cuadros bellнsimos sin haber estudiado nunca pintura, eso lo tienen
almacenado en el inconsciente a indudablemente lo traen de otras encarnaciones. Otras tienen
instintos criminales sin haber matado nunca y esto tambiйn lo traen de otras encarnaciones en
que fue criminal y hoy sуlo le queda lo que se llama el Espнritu, justamente los psicуlogos
dicen que en el inconsciente es donde se almacenan los instintos e impulsos primitivos.
En este plano tienes el caminar, la necesidad de comer, la conservaciуn de tu cuerpo y de los
tuyos, y toda esa infinidad de cosas que has desarrollado en tus vidas pasadas e incluso desde
que fuiste una ameba que es una forma de vida unicelular y primitiva.
El supra-consciente es lo que conocemos en Metafнsica como el Yo Superior: es la conciencia
superior, es lo mбs alto que tiene el hombre entre las formas sutiles de su existencia; es йl
mismo proyectado hacia el infinito, es Dios en Acciуn, es la perfecciуn; y todo aquel que
conoce su conciencia superior estб llevando a cabo una supra-vida con unas superrealizaciones
de maravillas; por eso que la conciencia, el sub-consciente y el inconsciente
utilizбndolos bien son una bendiciуn, son tus amigos y la supra-consciencia pasa a ser de tu
amigo a tu Padre-Madre, causa de todas las cosas.

EJERCICIO DADO EN EL PUENTE PARA TEUNIR Y ENTREGAR TODO EL SER

VOLUNTARIAMENTE A LA PRESENCIA “YO SOY”
PRIMERO: Visualiza el Cuerpo Emocional, que es el mбs amplio de los 4 cuerpos inferiores,
envolviendo al cuerpo fнsico como el Aura aunque no tan grande. Imagнnalo que se va
recogiendo y trayйndolo todo al corazуn. Una vez allн, se sube por el Cordуn de Plata hacia la
cabeza y de allн se lanza hacia el “YO SOY”.
(Este cuerpo se visualiza como una rйplica de uno mismo, que se va poniendo pequeсito).
SEGUNDO: Visualiza luego el Cuerpo Mental que estб ancho, alrededor de la cabeza,
imagнnalo reduciйndose y llйvalo hacia el “YO SOY”.
TERCERO: Visualiza el Cuerpo Etйrico (siempre como la figurita de uno mismo). Lйvalo
reducido al Corazуn, luego hacia la frente y luego esparcirlo por todo el Globo del Cuerpo
Causal.
CUARTO: Visualiza el Cuerpo Fнsico, redъcelo todo desde los dedos de los pies, llйvalo al
corazуn, redъcelo desde los dedos de las manos y llйvalo al mismo sitio; imagнnalo todo
pequeсito dentro del corazуn, luego llйvalo a la cabeza y pбsalo por el Cordуn de Planta al
“YO SOY”.

Este ejercicio es de suma importancia ya que a medida que se hace, mбs y mбs se manifiesta
el control de la Presencia “YO SOY” sobre los vehнculos inferiores trayendo como
consecuencia un auto-dominio de pensamientos, sentimientos y acciones en armonнa con la
verdadera evoluciуn individual.

El amor Divino nunca falla. El Amor Divino resuelve todo problema. El único lugar donde el Amor puede existir, tan
lejos como a ti te concierne, es en tu propio corazón.
Cualquier amor que no esté en tu corazón no existe para ti.
Lo que tienes que hacer entonces, es llenar tu propio corazón con Amor, pensándolo , sintiéndolo, y
expresándolo, y cuando este sentimiento de Amor es suficientemente vívido, te sanará y resolverá tus
problemas y te hará capaz de sanar a otros también. Esta es la ley del Ser, y ninguno de nosotros puede
cambiarla. Si vas a poner tu vida en manos de Dios ahora, a través de la plegaria diaria, la meditación y la completa
buena voluntad para hacer Su voluntad, encontrarás que tus problemas disminuyen mientras el tiempo pasa y
tú habrás adquirido esa serenidad y equilibrio que sólo Dios puede dar. Entonces, venga lo que venga,nada
podrá perturbarte.
Y ahora , Señor , que esperaré? , mi esperanza está en ti. ( Salmo 39:7) Mucha paz tienen los que aman tu ley, y no
hay para ellos tropiezo.( Salmo 119:165)

DESPUÉS DE TU CURACIÓN

La curación es sólo el principio , cuando estás completamente curado de toda cosa equivocada en tu vida -
tu cuerpo , tu negocio, dificultades en tus relaciones personales , faltas obvias en tu propio carácter - no habrás
terminado tu trabajo. Tu trabajo real estará sólo comenzando.

Tu trabajo real es mostrar y experimentar la gloria de Dios , construir la conciencia espiritual, la “magnifica
casa” . El miedo consciente se habrá ido y tu mundo entero será diferente. El mundo físico será diferente
porque estará revestido de una nueva gloria - “La luz que nunca estuvo en mar o en tierra”-. Entonces la gente
será diferente , porque estarás empezando a conocer tus seres reales en vez de meramente la cáscara
exterior, y por supuesto todos los demás sabrán que tú eres diferente también.

Esto no es decir que la curación no tiene importancia, tiene que preceder a la construcción. Esforcémonos
para lograr nuestra propia curación completa, tan pronto como sea posible, para ayudar al mundo que está
necesitándolo mucho.

al despertar visualizar delante un gran brillante esplendoroso sol. Volverse pequenito como ua semilla o

Reconoce esa presencia solar dentro de ti, ese campo de fuerza que esta alrededor tuyo, porque tu eres esa
semilla pequenita que se mete dentro de este sol.

Y ahora con esta conciencia decreta

 EL VERDADERO CONSEJERO

No darle consejos a otro. Sabiendo esto, nadie debería tratar de aconsejar a otro. EL DIOS EN CADA
UNO ES EL ÚNICO QUE SABE LO QUE MÁS LE CONVIENE A CADA INDIVIDUO.
Todo aquel que experimente una actividad discordante debe¬ría dirigirse a un lugar donde pueda estar en
completo silencio y que no se le interrumpa. Luego, haciendo lo mejor que pueda, debe entrar al, Gran
Silencio y, aquietándose, decir: «“¡Magna Presencia YO SOY!” Exijo que se me haga conocer la actitud
 correcta y actividad que yo debo asumir para ajustar y solucionar este problema!» Si la respuesta no viene de
inmediato, debe volver a entrar todos los días al Silencio y continuar exigiendo que se le dé la Respuesta
Divina. Debe exigir también que se le muestre, a través de la Visión Interna, todos los detalles que deben
ejecutarse. Entonces, de repente, posiblemente cuando menos lo espere, entrará a su conciencia externa la
Solución totalmente incues¬tionable al problema o situación que le estaba aquejando.
Darse a la fuga. En vista de que es imposible que el individuo pueda escapar de alguna situación o problema,
esto le aclarará toda la cuestión, y le revelará si está siendo sometido bajo alguna influencia hipnótica o si
está llevando a término una obligación justa.

. Estén conscientes de que sus propias mentes son unos Centros Divinos tan poderosos, que en cualquier
momento ustedes pueden tomar decisiones rápidas y certeras mediante el Poder del Amor Divino. Reconozcan que
la mente suya no es más que un vehículo de la Gran Presencia Maestra de la “Magna Presencia YO SOY” que tienen
dentro, y que [la mente] tiene que obedecerle a dicha “Presencia” Interna en todo momento. Ordénenle que actúe
siempre con decisión, cuidado y rapidez; y que todo sentido humano de vacilación sea consumido de una vez por
todas.

. El individuo se ahorraría mucha angustia si, ante el primer indicio de cualquier discordia que trate de
entrometerse, saltara —como quien dice— dentro del Corazón de esta Magna “Presencia” y dijera:
“Aparentemen¬te lo externo ha cometido un error. Invoco Tu Ley del Perdón. Procura que esta cuestión sea
ajustada rápida y completamente”
Asume una empuñadura firme sobre la “Presencia” Interna para que se imponga sobre toda inarmonía, y
para que haga desaparecer permanentemente toda condición equivocada. LA ACCIÓN MÁS ALTA Y RÁPIDA
CONSISTE SIEMPRE EN INVOCAR LA GRAN PRESENCIA “INTERNA”.

“Magna Presencia YO SOY” Revélame Tu verdadera solución a esta situación en la que parezco estar
involucrado. Ven con Tu Sabiduría y Fortaleza, y soluciona esto en Orden Divino sin más dilación. Reconozco
que Tú no requieres de tiempo, lugar ni espacio, sino que Tu Todopoderosa Actividad es ¡AHORA! Yo acepto
este hecho.

dirigiendo todo movimiento de la forma externa, reteniéndola cerca mediante Tu Magno Abrazo.

en mí! ¡Encaro Tu Eterno Amanecer y recibo Tu Magno Esplendor y Actividad visiblemente manifestados en

INVOCACIÓN

¡Oh Dios, de Ti, que eres la Fuente Central de toda actividad; demandamos el juicio ahora, de manera que
aquellos de tus Hijos que estén acudiendo a Ti puedan encontrar que Tu Esplendor los envuelve y gobierna
su mentes, cuerpos, hogares y toda activi¬dad. Demandamos que Tu Juicio tenga lugar ahora, y que todo
corazón que acuda a Ti pueda encontvarse envuelto en Tu Inconquistable Es¬plendor. Irradia tal Poder que
nada pueda tocar el mundo de estos individuos, salvo Tu Activi¬dad Perfecta, ya que reconocemos que de la
plenitud de Tu Presencia emanan todas las manifestaciones pefectas, la Presencia visible de todas la cosas.
Así lo decretamos.
Concentren la atención sobre la región de la glándula pineal, sabiendo que la atención enfocada allí hará que
tenga lugar la actividad equilibrante de todos los centros, atrayendo y proyectando todo el poder hacia el
centro de la cabeza. Desde este centro el poder del verbo [speech] —que no es más que una representación
del pensamiento- se reflejará de vuelta sobre el centro vocal. La glándula pineal es el punto de anclaje e
irradiación del Gran Sol Central. Cuando nos demos cuenta de esto, habremos llegado al punto en que
dejaremos de considerar los centros inferiores.
SOLICITUD DE RESPUESTA CORRECTA

Sigan pidiéndole a so propio Dios interior que les revele la actividad correcta que habrán de ejercer en todo
momento. Cada cual habrá de depender de las indicaciones o instrucción que reciba de su propio Dios
interior.
Toda la instrucción no es más que una verbalización o palabras que les llevan a poner la atención sobre
ciertas cosas; y LOS ESTUDIANTES DEBERÁN APRENDER DE LAS PALABRAS PER SE, NO DE LA PRESENCIA QUE
LAS PRONUNCIA. La Radiación se verterá a través de las palabras en sí; las palabras no son más que vehículos
de transmisión de la “Presencia”. El sentimiento y el pensamiento se tornarán tan precisos como la palabra
hablada en la medida en que ustedes dependan cada vez más en la Presencia de Dios.
Es necesario utilizar la Llama Consumidora al menos una vez al día. Esto se requiere especialmente de los
estudiantes, ya que algunos de ellos, sin saberlo, se abren a las cuestiones discordantes debido a la presión
de la masa.
Al utilizar los Rayos, traten de sentir intensamente la Magna Presencia de Dios operando en el color que
puedan estar usando.

Sepan siempre que Dios es el Poder Sostenedor en toda petición que se haga. Deben estar conscientes de

tesoro; luego, yo sé que Dios produce para mi uso visible y en gran abundancia dinero tan rápido como yo
requiero utilizarlo; y que éste nunca se atrasa y todas mis obligaciones aparentes son cubiertas a tiempo»
La gozosa indiferencia de la juventud es realmente un dejar ir; y con el Amor imperando, constituye el poder
más potente para manifestar.

AFIRMACIONES VARIAS

Sean tan fieles como puedan a la sanación de perturbaciones físicas, pero mantengan su Visión Interna
enfocada sobre la sanación de las heridas de odio.

La noche antes de cualquier actividad importante o antes de clase, no dejen de internarse en el Corazón
Secreto del Gran Amor de Dios.

En todo el Universo no se desperdicia la más mínima energía, excepto en la actividad externa de la

humanidad. No es que se pueda agotar el Universo de alguna manera. Más bien, es ésta una manera de
enseñarle a los estudiantes el uso conservador de tan magna Energía. A medida que los estudiantes
profundicen cada vez más en esta Gran Sabiduría, esto se les irá haciendo cada vez más aparente.

Que cada uno medite en su interior, y luego decida sobre el Maestro Ascendido en particular al cual desea
dirigir su atención, manteniéndolo en secreto dentro de su propio corazón. El Más Alto de todos los Logros
es siempre acudir al Dios interior; y si necesitas ayuda—del tipo que sea—, invoca a uno de los Maestros
Ascendidos.

Cuando quieres que algo se realice, bueno es afirmarlo; pero también es bueno escribirlo y decir, «Dios mío,
Magna Presencia “YO SOY” ¡Procura que esto se realice! Si en algún momento crees haber cometido un
error, asume siempre esta posición y afirma que sólo el bien puede resultar de ello. Sabe siempre que Dios
dirige todas tus decisiones con Sabiduría, y que de hecho tú decides rápida y correcta¬mente la Cosa
Perfecta que hacer, y luego la haces.
Si algo ocurre dentro de la conciencia que produzca el más leve temor o perturbación, se debería recordar
inmediatamente la propia “Magna Presencia YO SOY” —el Maestro interno— y pedirle que disipe todo
temor, su causa y su efecto de inmediato, y que procure que nunca más vuelva a tocar su propio ser o
mundo. ¿Por qué habrían los estudiantes de la Luz ser acosados por elementos o condiciones perturbadoras?
Los estudiantes de la Luz que sirven a la Luz deberían reclamar de la Luz, ¡la liberación de toda condición
perturbadora!

Una Afirmación útil: «Yo, mi Ser Crístico, la ‘Magna Presencia YO SOY’, le prohibo a todo átomo de mi mente
externa y cuerpo que acepten algo que sea inferior a la Todicidad1 de Dios. Yo, mi Ser Crístico, la “Magna

Think of the best case scenarios. Imagine possibilities. You’re constantly imagining. Visualize what you want
and believe that things have officially shifted in your favor. Imagine you have arrived. You are now living your
dream. Your vision has manifested. How would you feel? This is such an important feeling to allow to thrive
within you. Let that thought of your success and accomplishment of your vision be a strong celebratory
feeling. You are pure greatness and you know this already. Deep down these words ring truth. They bring
you back to yourself to reclaim what’s naturally yours. Your power to create, to visualize, to love yourself, to
accept who you are now is already your truth. You’re bringing your mental state higher and lifting your
emotions to ponder on this new feeling. It’s already familiar to you because you are the one creating it.
Sometimes you can get drawn back but think of the word lifted in every situation. Lift your thoughts higher.

Everything is encoded. Everything in existence is ordered according to a blueprint or code. The structure of
physical matter, the bodies of organisms, complex dynamic systems and all things under the sun are self-
organized according to a template made from subtle and causal frequency information. The blueprint of your
body, your personality, mind, your past and your future are written in frequency information. And, it’s always
being updated or edited with your current energy.

To consciously encode your blueprint is to take control of the fundamental level of reality and become the
programmer of space-time. For some this may seem “unscientific”, and perhaps it is. If we think of science as
being merely concerned with material processes, falsifiability and provability through material causation.
Science is necessary but not sufficient to get a comprehensive view of the full spectrum of reality. The

hypothesis involves our subtle energy and subjective experience. The hypothesis we are testing is the idea
that if we change our frequency, we change our life. Our experience, our life IS our evidence. Reprogram our
energy field with more coherent frequency codes, reprogram our unconscious patterns, our perceptions and
thought habits and emotions with openness to possibility, to the divine mystery, to coherent love energy, to
integrity, to service, to abundance and well being, and the world we live in will radically transform.

You will literally reprogram the blueprint that is informing the time-space and bio-energetic condition within
and around you. You will rewrite the patterns giving rise to the forms and circumstances of your life.

The Practice of Manifesting True Intentions

Entrain your brainwave patterns to coherent alpha frequencies through meditation and contemplation
practices.
While focusing your mind on your inner environment in a state of relaxation, call to mind images of your
ideal life circumstances, character and capabilities.
Notice the feelings you get when you have thoughts and images related not only the goodness you create in

Reaffirm your positive intentions daily. Become so familiar with your highest vision that it becomes

If or when obstacles or negative emotions arise in your awareness that take your attention away from your
positive emotions and images, acknowledge the valuable information they are giving you. They are teachers.
Listen for the sacred message they contain, thank them, forgive them, and return your mind and emotions to
the positive future you are creating.
Your imagination, your desire, your emotions and your will are the concentration and broadcasting of your
divine creative life-power. Directing this power onto the patterning mechanism of the subtle energetic
blueprint is what is giving rise to our experience of reality. Let’s do it consciously and skillfully.

Гиреев выключил звук.

- Ты чего, телевизор пришел смотреть? - спросил он.

- Да нет. Просто странно - чего это он перевернут?

 - Долгая тема.

- Что, как с огурцами? Нельзя без посвящения?

- Почему, - пожал плечами Гиреев. - Это открытые сведения. Но они относятся к практике истинной
дхармы, поэтому, если ты просишь, чтобы тебе про это рассказали, ты тем самым берешь на себя
кармическое обязательство эту практику делать. А ты ведь не будешь, я думаю.

- Может, и буду. Ты расскажи.

Гиреев вздохнул и посмотрел на покачивающиеся за окном зонтики.

- Есть три буддийских способа смотреть телевизор. В сущности, это один и тот же способ, но на разных
стадиях тренировки он выглядит по-разному.

Сначала ты смотришь телевизор с выключенным звуком. Примерно полчаса в день, свои любимые
передачи. Когда возникает мысль, что по телевизору говорят что-то важное и интересное, ты
осознаешь ее в момент появления и тем самым нейтрализуешь.

Сперва ты будешь срываться и включать звук, но постепенно привыкнешь. Главное, чтобы не

возникало чувства вины, когда не можешь удержаться. Сначала так со всеми бывает, даже с ламами.
Потом ты начинаешь смотреть телевизор с включенным звуком, но отключенным изображением.

И наконец, начинаешь смотреть выключенный телевизор. Это, собственно, главная техника, а первые
две - подготовительные. Смотришь все программы новостей, но телевизор не включаешь. Очень
важно, чтобы при этом была прямая спина, а руки лучше всего складывать на животе - правая ладонь
снизу, левая сверху. Это для мужчин, а для женщин наоборот. И ни на секунду не отвлекаться.

Если так смотреть телевизор десять лет подряд хотя бы по часу в день, можно понять природу
телевидения. Да и всего остального тоже.

История про кота который... который вёл себя как кот)

ИСТОРИЯ ПРО КОТА

Есть кот. В коте десять килограммов. Есть кровать. У кровати высокая мягкая спинка шириной 10-15
сантиметров. И есть хозяева кота, которые спят на этой кровати. Ночью кот запрыгивает на спинку
кровати и ходит по ней. У кота ночной променад.

Но, поскольку кот в прошлой жизни был коровой, и некоторые особенности перенес в нынешнюю
инкарнацию, на четвертой-пятой ходке он теряет равновесие и шмякается вниз. Если мне везет, кот
падает рядом. Если не везет, на мою голову приземляются десять килограммов кота, причем почему-
то всегда задницей.

Вопрос: как отучить кота от этой привычки? Были перепробованы:
— липкие ленты, разложенные на спинке кровати. (В итоге полночи отдирали их от ополоумевшего
кота, чуть без скальпа его не оставили).
 .
— нелюбимый котом аромат иланг-иланга. (Кот наплевал на то, что аромат у него нелюбимый).
— мандариновая кожура в больших количествах (Кот брезгливо посшибал шкурки мне на голову, в
процессе упал за ними сам). Что еще можно сделать? С брызгалкой под подушкой я уже спала. Кот
удирает, затем возвращается.

Два дня назад я запостила в интернете крик души. Получила много отзывов. Два пошли в дело сразу
же. Как обещала, отчитываюсь. Я люблю простые и легко реализуемые идеи. Поэтому предложения
прибить полочку к кровати, к коту, к своей голове, чтобы ему было удобно на нее падать, были
отложены на потом.

Для начала я взяла у ребенка шесть воздушных шариков, надула и зажала пимпочками между стеной
и кроватью. Получилось очень красиво. Мы с мужем полюбовались на них и легли спать. В середине
ночи грохнул выстрел. Спросонья я решила, что муж застрелил кота (хотя единственное оружие в
нашем доме — это водяной пистолет). Когда включили свет, кот сидел на полу в окружении ошметков
синего шарика и недовольно щурился.

Ему дали пинка, сдвинули шарики и снова легли спать. Это была наша стратегическая ошибка,
доказывающая, как мало мы знаем о котах. Второй и третий шарики он взорвал минут через двадцать
и ускакал, издевательски хохоча. Муж настойчиво попросил меня все убрать и закончить на сегодня с
экспериментами. Пока я прятала шарики в шкаф, кот подкрался к самому большому и стукнул по нему
лапой.

В чистом итоге: минус четыре шарика, минус два часа сна, минус восемь метров нервных волокон на
двоих взрослых. Плюс развлечение коту. Тогда в дело пошел запасной вариант. Вся спинка кровати
была проложена фольгой в несколько слоев, чтобы шуршало громче. Я заверила мужа, что теперь он
может спать спокойно: на фольгу кот точно не сунется — побоится.
.
В общем, почти так и случилось.
Кот пришел через пару часов, когда мы заснули. Прыгнул со шкафа на фольгу. Фольга зашуршала, кот
страшно перепугался, взвился в воздух и упал на мужа. В чистом итоге: минус десять метров фольги,
минус сорок капель пустырника на двоих взрослых. Плюс развлечение коту.

После того, как фольга и шарики не сработали, я стала думать в другую сторону: как не пускать кота по
ночам в спальню. Первым был использован отпугиватель котов. К сожалению, кот не понял, что это
отпугиватель. Зато понял муж, который морщился, принюхивался и в конце концов попросил
проветрить комнату. Так что у меня теперь есть отпугиватель мужей, кому нужно — могу отдать.
Примерно такой же глупостью оказался тазик с водой. Мы поставили его с тем расчетом, что кот будет
плескаться и забудет про кровать (он любит воду).
.
Расчет оправдался наполовину: кот плескался, но про кровать не забыл. Ночью он прискакал к нам,
тряся мокрыми лапами. Мне спросонья показалось, что их у него двадцать две. Десятью он наступил
мне на лицо, остальными пробежался по одеялу и простыне. Напоследок звонко поцеловал мужа в
нос, ткнувшись в него мокрой мордой, с которой капала вода.
.
После этого муж сказал, что черт с ним, с интерьером, он согласен на полочку. Принес вечером
лакированную доску с бортиком, возился два часа, ругал безвинную кровать и, наконец, присобачил. Я
хотела сказать, что пусть лучше на нас падает кот, чем эта фиговина (из-под нее живым бы никто не
вылез).

 Но посмотрела на лицо мужа и решила промолчать. Ладно, думаю, одну ночь поспим — а потом я ее
сниму от греха. Вдобавок перед сном прибежал ребенок и набросал на нее свои игрушки. Я махнула
рукой и не стала ругаться, потому что размышляла, кто из родственников будет растить ребенка, если
нас погребет под полочкой. (Надо сказать, что волновалась я зря: как выяснилось, муж приколотил ее
на совесть).

Ночью на полку пришел кот. Вальяжно прогулялся до середины полочки и тронул лапой одну из
игрушек. Это оказался интерактивный хомяк. От прикосновения кошачьей лапы хомяк включился.
Призывно заорал и побежал на кота, светясь любовью. Я бы с радостью рассказала о том, что было
дальше. Но врать не стану: мы этого не видели. И вообще кота до утра больше не видели. Хомяк
добежал до края полочки и самоубился, как лемминг, прыгнув со скалы в тазик с водой.

Результат: полочку мы сняли. На спинке кровати теперь сидит сторожевой хомяк. Кот в комнату не
заходит. А если ему случается увидеть хомяка в приоткрытую дверь, он раздувается в размерах и в
ужасе отступает.

Seis veces al día llena tu mente con esa clase de pensamientos hasta que se desborde. A su debidotiempo,
estos pensamientos de fe echarán afuera las preocupaciones. El miedo es el más poderoso de todoslos
pensamientos, con una excepción y esa excepciónes la fe. La fe siempre puede vencer el miedo. La fe esel
único poder contra el cual el miedo no puede resistir.Día tras día, cuando llenas tu mente con fe, a la largano
habrá espacio para el miedo. Este es uno de losgrandes hechos que nadie debería olvidar. Adquiere fe
yautomáticamente dominarás el miedo.Así que el proceso es: primero vacía tu mente ycauterízala con la
gracia de Dios, luego llénala con fey eliminarás el hábito de la preocupación.

3. Ora, usando esta fórmula: “Pongo en las manos deDios este día, mi vida, mis seres queridos y mi
trabajo.Cualquiera sean los resultados, si estoy en las manos deDios, son la voluntad de Dios y eso es
bueno”.
4. Practica diciendo algo positivo sobre cualquier cosade la cual estuviste hablando negativamente. No
digas,“Nunca seré capaz de hacer eso”. En cambio afirma,“Con la ayuda de Dios haré eso”.
5. Nunca participes en una conversación sobre preocupaciones.
6. Marca cada pasaje de la Biblia que hable de fe,esperanza, alegría, gloria. Memorízalos. Repítelos una yotra
vez hasta que estos pensamientos creativos saturentu subconsciente. Entonces el subconsciente te
devolverálo que tú le hayas dado –optimismo, no preocupaciones.
7. Cultiva la amistad de personas llenas de esperanza.Rodéate de amigos que tengan pensamientos positivos
yde fe, y que contribuyan a un ambiente creativo. Esto temantendrá estimulado con actitudes de fe.
8. Trata de ayudar a otras personas a curar sus hábitosde preocupación. Ayudando a otros tú mismo
obtienesmayor poder sobre tus preocupaciones.
9. Cada día de tu vida imagínate viviendo con Jesucristocomo socio y compañero. Si Él caminara a tu lado,
¿podrías estar preocupado o temeroso? Bueno, entoncesrepite para ti “Él está conmigo”. Afirma en voz alta
Su promesa, “Estoy contigo siempre”. Luego cámbiala y di,“Él está conmigo ahora”. Repite la afirmación tres

parece ocultarla son nuestros pensamientos no amorosos, la culpa que sentimos y el miedo que le
tenemos a Dios. No obstante, estos pensamientos no amorosos, la culpabilidad y el miedo son
ilusorios y no pueden afectar la Verdad que reside en nuestro interior.

El objetivo de la oración pura es unirnos a Dios y llegar a esa Verdad, la cual es Luz. En
esa Luz, Dios y nuestro Ser Verdadero están unidos como Uno Solo. Si nos unimos a Dios, nos
unimos a todos. Si nos unimos a nuestro Ser Verdadero, nos unimos a todos y a Dios.

La oración pura es un instante en el que estamos dispuestos a recibir el Amor de Dios y a
compartirlo con todos nuestros hermanos. Es un instante en el cual nos olvidamos de lo que
creemos que somos, olvidamos lo que creemos que son los demás, olvidamos lo que creemos que
es el mundo, lo que creemos que es bueno o malo, nos olvidamos de lo que creemos que es Dios,
y en esa nada, en esa ausencia de conceptos, le pedimos a Dios que se revele a Sí Mismo y nos
muestre la realidad acerca de Él y de nuestro Ser Verdadero. De esta manera esperamos Su
Respuesta en quietud y silencio mental. La oración pura es un instante en el que nos entregamos a
Dios para ser Uno con Su Amor.

El secreto de la oración pura es NO pedir nada de este mundo, ni siquiera amor humano,
porque entonces se pierde como objetivo a Dios. Y sólo en Dios está toda respuesta a cualquier
problema y necesidad que podamos percibir.

La oración pura, al ser Dios su único objetivo, no puede progresar sin la oración de perdón.
Pues es en la oración de perdón donde se elimina la profunda culpabilidad que hay en nuestra
mente, la cual es responsable del miedo que le tenemos a Dios. Y este miedo no nos permite
unirnos a Él y aceptar Su Amor. De igual manera, el sentimiento de culpa, tampoco nos permite
elevarnos a Dios y unirnos a Él, ya que dicha culpa hace que nos sintamos indignos de Su Amor,
y por lo tanto, no lo aceptaríamos. Es por ello que es indispensable que permitamos que el
Espíritu Santo nos libere de la culpabilidad para que nuestra oración se eleve a Dios y podamos
aceptar Su Amor. Sin embargo, se nos libera de la culpa en la misma medida en que liberamos a
los demás de la suya por medio de nuestro perdón hacia ellos, pues es en otros donde hemos
decidido proyectar nuestro sentimiento de culpabilidad con el propósito de liberarnos de ese
sentimiento. Sin embargo, culpar a otros, no nos libera de la culpa, al contrario, culpar a los
demás hace que nuestra culpa se intensifique, aunque no nos demos cuenta de ello.

2. “Dios (o símbolo que desees que represente a Dios), te pido que te manifiestes en mi mente.”
3. “Dios, te pido que me reveles la Verdad y me muestres la Inocencia de mi Ser Verdadero,
llévame a la Luz para poderla ver en todos y deseo unirme a Tu Amor en la Eternidad.”
4. Descansa en quietud mental de cinco a veinte minutos, repitiendo mentalmente, “Descanso
en el Amor de Dios”, o la palabra “Dios”. Durante este descanso sigue las mismas
indicaciones relativas al descanso que vienen en la práctica de la oración de perdón.

Indicaciones importantes acerca de la práctica de la oración pura

1. Recuerda que es necesario hacer esta oración cada tercer día, alternándola con la oración de
perdón. Y si lo deseas, puedes hacer las dos oraciones en un mismo día, en diferentes sesiones.

2. Durante tu práctica de la oración pura es necesario que te olvides de todas las necesidades que
crees tener, hacerlas a un lado, al igual que todos tus problemas. Si vienen a tu mente, las pones
en manos de Dios y te olvidas de ellas, como también de los problemas, y sigues repitiendo
mentalmente, “Descanso en el Amor de Dios”, o la palabra “Dios”. En realidad, nuestra única
necesidad es perdonar y unirnos a Dios, ya que logrando esto, todas nuestras necesidades y
problemas desaparecen para siempre.

3. Es importante que al hacer esta oración no pidas nada en específico de este mundo, ya que el
objetivo de la oración debe ser Dios, no el mundo.
