Die Verteilung der Ladungsträgerkonzentration, des elektrischen Feldes und des elektrostatischen Potentials für den stationären Zustand von raumladungsbegrenzten Strömen in drei verschiedenen Medien wird berechnet und graphisch wiedergegeben für Strukturen von ebener, zylindrischer und sphärischer Geometrie. Die drei betrachteten Medien sind das Vakuum und zwei Festkörper, in denen entweder die Beweglichkeit oder die Bahngeschwindigkeit der Ladungsträger von der Feldstärke unabhängig ist. Die Ergebnisse sind von Bedeutung im Zusammenhang mit Durchschlags-und Einschwingvorgängen in raumladungsbegrenzten Strömen.

Die Zeitabhängigkeit des Stromstossesi(t) wird berechnet, den eine kleine Ladung beeinflusst, wenn sie sich durch das elektrische FeldE(r) bewegt, das ein stationärer, raumladungsbegrenzter Strom in drei verschiedenen Medien und in Strukturen von ebener, zylindrischer und sphärischer Geometrie erzeugt. Die drei betrachteten Medien sind das Vakuum, und zwei Festkörper, in denen entweder die Beweglichkeit oder die Bahngeschwindigkeit der Ladungsträger von der Feldstärke unabhängig ist. Man findet, dass für die beiden Festkörperi(t) undE(r) zwei eng verwandte Funktionen sind, deren Zusammenhang beschrieben wird. Eine experimentelle Bestimmung der Feldverteilung nach diesem Verfahren erscheint knapp durchführbar und würde direkte Einsicht in den Vorgang des Stromflusses vermitteln.

All ZnO thin films deposited on (001) silicon substrates by DC reactive magnetron sputtering were annealed in air atmosphere with different times at 800°C. The samples were studied by X-ray diffraction technique (XRD), atomic force microscopy (AFM) and photoluminescence (PL) measurements. XRD investigation showed that ZnO phase was hexagonal wurtzite structure growing along the (002) direction. The as grown ZnO films presented macrostrain and microstrain caused a shift of the line diffraction (002) and a broadening respectively. However after 1 hour annealing these strains disappear. The grain size of ZnO films increased with an increase of annealing time. The as-deposited reactive sputtering ZnO films resulted semi-insulating with poor PL response. After high temperature annealing in air, the crystallinity and the PL response considerably improved, but their semi-insulating property also increased. The PL spectra of the annealed samples showed well defined transitions close to the near-band-edge and a wide visible deep-level band emission (430-640 nm). The main interest of this work was to enhance the PL response and to identify the origin of deep-level luminescence bands. The AFM, PL and XRD results indicated that the ZnO films annealing have potential applications in optoelectronic devices.

High resolution X-ray diffraction (HRXRD) and far-infrared reflectivity techniques were applied to characterize AlxGa1−xSb alloys. Layers of AlxGa1−xSb grown by the liquid phase epitaxy technique and deposited on GaSb (100) substrates were obtained in the temperature range of 250 to 450 °C. The formation kinetics of ZnO thin films grown by oxidation of polycrystalline Zn foils in air atmosphere at temperatures below the melting point is reported. Previous to the oxidation process the Zn foils were polished to produce mirror-like finished surfaces. The growth rate of the ZnO films was monitored by ellipsometric measurements. The growth rate of the ZnO films under 100 nm follows a linear and parabolic behavior in accordance with previously reported studies. The thicknesses of the films strongly influence the appearance of the final produced ZnO surface. The ZnO films surfaces with thicknesses less than 100 nm resulted uniform with low rms roughness. However as the films become thicker the rms roughness increased and a uniform distribution of whiskers was observed. X-ray diffraction and photoluminescence (PL) studies were done on the ZnO films to find out their structural and optical characteristics. PL spectra on the films are composed by two main bands; a weak near-band gap in the ultraviolet region and a strong but well defined green band. A discussion is included on the origins of the observed PL spectra.

Durante los años treinta del siglo XX, el Estado nacional a través de la Dirección Nacional de Bellas Artes (DNBA) desarrolló diversos proyectos que tuvieron como finalidad difundir e incentivar la producción de arte argentino en el país y descentralizar las actividades artísticas que se anclaban en la ciudad de Buenos Aires. El radioteatro fue el fenómeno que revolucionó el campo cultural en los años 30 en Argentina. Confluyeron en él artistas de toda índole, ampliando el mercado laboral en un contexto de crisis económica y alta conflictividad social. Ahora bien, durante la década del 30 y parte del 40, el radioteatro cosechó un sinnúmero de críticas que visibilizaron las concepciones arraigadas en la sociedad sobre el arte, la cultura, el rol de los medios y los artistas.  Nos preguntamos, entonces, ¿qué sucedía con la legitimidad y la profesionalización de estos artistas en un período de explosión de industrias culturales? ¿Cómo se posicionaron los sindicatos que los representaban frente al fenómeno radioteatral? The following work presents a possible metatheatrical reading of Cecilia Meijide´s play Cactus Orquidea based on the concept of fiction metalepsis coined by Gerard Genette. With the description and analysis of the expressive systems deployed in the play which establish relations of contradiction and redundancy, this study intends to describe the behavior of a structure which enables different fictional levels on stage, creating tensions within the specific codes and canonical conventions of western representation, as well as elaborating on the concept of the theatrical device itself.  The overall conclusion indicates that the metaleptic procedure in the construction of the performance text exposes the artificial character of the representation and constitutes a ludic approach of the reality-fiction binomial, convening the audience through complicity and offering the entrance door to a world where everything is possible: the theatre world.
