David Friesen

David Friesen (s. 6. toukokuuta 1942 Tacoma, Washington) on yhdysvaltalainen jazzbasisti. Hän on työskennellyt John Handyn, Marian McPartlandin, Joe Hendersonin, Billy Harperin, John Stowellin, Ted Cursonin, Ricky Fordin, Duke Jordanin, ja Mal Waldronin kanssa. Hän teki levytysdebyyttinsä johtajana Muse Recordsilla vuonna 1975. Hän kiersi Neuvostoliitossa Paul Hornin kanssa vuonna 1983. Friesenin instrumentti on Oregon-basso.
