The study examined the relationship of deans’ leadership characteristics and practices to faculty performance of selected private colleges in the National Capital Region of the Philippines. This study utilized the descriptive method of research that involves adequate and accurate interpretation of the findings.

The respondents of this study were 89 deans and 227 faculty members of 68 selected private colleges in the National Capital Region of the Philippines. College faculty members were asked to evaluate their deans' leadership characteristics and practices. Likewise, deans were asked to evaluate the performance of their faculty. The study utilized two (2) expert-validated questionnaires to elicit the responses. Based on the results, the deans’ leadership characteristics and practices greatly
impact faculty performance. Thus, deans and educational managers should specifically look into their faculty members’ academic functions and professional traits and devise a program or programs that will further enhance the indicators presented.

The study utilized drama-infused lessons in English language classes as a tool to develop the speaking skills of adult ESL learners in Mongolia. The descriptive-developmental method was utilized in this study, which went through the process of development, infusion, and try-out of drama-infused language lessons to develop the speaking skills in English of adult ESL learners. The development of the participants' speaking skills as they went through the lessons as described. It was discovered that drama-infused ESL lessons effectively develop the speaking skills of learners. It made them more confident when it comes to speaking in front of the class and expressing themselves in English. Hence, the drama-infused ESL lessons helped develop self-confidence and fostered active participation inside the ESL classroom. Drama-infused activities also provided an ideal opportunity for timorous learners to overcome their inhibitions; it sturdily guided inactive learners to some awareness of others' feelings and led to the more creative use of the English language in speaking.

This paper addresses the social determinants of health affecting the disabled population. It is considered that the prevalence of disability among the general adult population is significant. Furthermore, this paper presents a comprehensive analysis to identify the key social determinants which are highly applicable to health inequities and inequalities. Correspondingly, recommendations are critically proposed and laid out to address the issues impacting the given population. The health interventions and stakeholders involved are also critically examined to provide a broader perspective on the issue.

Moreover, this paper explores the three prevailing strategic variables which collectively affect the business performance of LVMH. LVMH, a company that operates across various sectors such as fashion and leather goods, perfumes and cosmetics, watches and jewellery, and wines and spirits, is subject to various strategic influences that have implications for its operations and expansion. Furthermore, this report aims to determine an appropriate strategy to tackle the conditions faced by LVMH, relying upon the strategic management concepts, frameworks, and models presented in the class. Ultimately, this paper recommends that LVMH should implement diversified strategies to effectively address the preferences of the younger generation and their customer base.
