The conventional method a calculation by intuition for devising such evaluations is often inaccurate. To overcome these difficulties, this paper proposes that case-based reasoning (CBR) could be employed to provide performance evaluations from historical banks of Tunisian banking sector. The main objective of these evaluations is to transform data and statistics into synthetic information easy to understand by several groups of people in the banking domain such as creditors, investors and stakeholders. The aim of this study is to propose a linguistic similarity method in the retrieval mechanism of CBR to evaluate the banks' performances. By this way, the two-tuple linguistic representation model is integrated in the proposed model. The weights of criteria are determined based on the opinions of experts using the Choquet integral to model interactions between them.

The process involves several incommensurable and conflicting objectives. Using data from existing sources and information gathered from existing stations, we developed a model to identify progressively smaller geographical area having high

This method is adapted to solve problems with any type of variables, i.e. integer, discrete and continuous variables. In the proposed method, a decent algorithm with an adaptive memory is used to perform solutions by three systematic transformations techniques. This method allows finding high-quality solutions in short computational time. Computational results prove that, and demonstrate that the proposed Hierarchical VNS (HR-VNS) method performs all methods presented in the literature for engineering design problems.

The research developed in this paper aims to measure the performance of the ED at Sfax Hospital as perceived by its patients. In the methodology, Triangular Fuzzy Numbers (TFNs) were introduced in the conventional Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) in order to address the imprecise judgements. The results indicate that in order to maximise the patients' satisfaction and perceptions of value, it is crucial to optimise the use of particular human resources.

The proposed method can be applied to non‐linear, linear, integer and combinatorial goal programmes. Because that the RRT has no memory, the adaptive memory TCM is inserted to diversify research. Computational experiments in several types of problems with different variable types (integer, continuous, zero‐one and discrete) collected from the literature demonstrate that the proposed metaheuristic reaches high‐quality solutions in short computational times. Furthermore, it requires very few user‐defined parameters.
