ENGLISH: This research examines whether the full adoption of the IFRS standard by a country
in sub-Saharan Africa such as Ghana and the partial adoption of the same models in Morocco
have impacts on companies. I compared the reported data from Ghana's financial statements
with the simulated Moroccan GAAP data to determine the effect on an operating company like
IQMATIC. The study shows that there has been a significant change in the level of risk
generated and that the estimates of bankruptcy risk are lower in the Ghanaian accounting system
than in Moroccan GAAP accounting. By using the work I did during the internship by
comparing certain accounts such as stocks, debtors, creditors, capital, etc. in predictive capacity
after the transition to IFRS.
