Thanks for reporting this, @hyoshioka0128.
I’ve checked this issue as well (#240). It appears to have the same root cause as the bold formatting case.
The problem isn’t on the translation side, but rather with how current Markdown renderers (like GitHub’s parser) handle emphasis around CJK characters.

They often fail to detect word boundaries when * or _ are placed next to Japanese, Korean, or Chinese text.

I’m exploring a more fundamental, renderer-level fix to handle CJK emphasis properly.
