Issue #1108 - More robust logic in gw_drag.F90 when deep_scheme='off'
build-namelistto setuse_gw_convect_dp=.false.whendeep_scheme='off'. Ingw_drag::gw_tendcheck whether fieldTTEND_DPis in the pbuf. If so then associate thettend_dppointer. If not then allocate thettend_dppointer and set to zero.
