Gcloud sdk shell not working

When i execute any gcloud commands getting error like
ERROR: (gcloud.compute.instances.list)
This may be due to network connectivity issues. Please check your network settings, and the status of the service you are trying to reach
ERROR: (gcloud.iam.service-accounts.list)
This may be due to network connectivity issues. Please check your network settings, and the status of the service you are trying to reach.
ERROR: (gcloud.projects.list)
This may be due to network connectivity issues. Please check your network settings, and the status of the service you are trying to reach.

Does anyone has idea on this issue?

I have got same issue when deploy a cloud function using gcloud cli

ERROR: (gcloud.functions.deploy) EOF occurred in violation of protocol (_ssl.c:727)
This may be due to network connectivity issues. Please check your network settings, and the status of the service you are trying to reach.
