Adds LIV support to To The Top, allowing for mixed reality capture or avatars in third person.

• Download MelonLoader Installer and install 0.5.7 in To The Top folder.
• Download from ToTheTopLIV releases
• Extract the DLL and LIVAssets folder into the Mods folder.
• Start the game from Steam.
• From LIV, change Capture tab to Manual and select ToTheTop.exe.

This one has a LIV shaders asset bundle created with an older Unity version.
