Changed the compute_norm2 and all residual_norm calculations to be non-complex for the reference executor. All other executor must follow (currently, they do not compile).
CUDA and HIP kernels are still missing, but OpenMP should now handle norms in the correct type.
Now, all computations of norms have been changed to result in non-complex numbers.

Currently, all norm calculations result in a norm vector of
ValueType
instead ofremove_complex<ValueType>
. Also, some norms were calculated incorrectly (sqrt(x * x)
instead ofx * conj(x)
).This is all fixed in this PR. Additionally,
compute_norm2
is rewritten to no longer depend oncompute_dot
