Looks like googleapis/synthtool#2026 is merged, but we haven't got an owlbot PR yet. Maybe because this assertion is failing? |

Maybe we could try is to update the digest here manually https://github.com/googleapis/python-bigquery-dataframes/blob/main/.github/.OwlBot.lock.yaml and trigger owlbot with the label? |
