Keeping do not merge until we can get a clean e2e build.

Edit: Looks like we did have a regression recently with regards to query results > 10 GB. Please do not merge until internal issue 363251732 is resolved.

Our best guess is that this is related to how pandas makes parquet files. Not sure why the failure only started happening recently, but it doesn't appear to be a regression caused by bigframes code. #953 to workaround this issue, but keeping the internal bug open to track the struct serialization issue.
