Description
My all-encompassing Claude Code setup for commands, skills, hooks, terminal styling, session search and continuity. Stand-outs include some of my skills (minoan-swarm for orchestrating "experimental" agent teams, minoan-frontend-design (won against the Anthropic original in 45/50 rounds of eval, and a variant which had exceeded Anthropic's previously), and claude-tracker-suite. My global-setup folder shows how I've organized my global Claude directory, applying proven methodologies for optimizing Claude.md and referential agent_docs.
Have fun digging into it!
Validate Claims
Ask Claude Code to plan out a front-end, or audit an existing one, calling upon its minoan-frontend-design, and component-library skills. Tell it to lean on its Exa skill and Firecrawl skills as needed for inspiration from recent standouts in March 2026.
Specific Task(s)
Ask Claude Code to explain my global-setup configuration, and how it could bring greater cohesion, organization, and continuity to your Claude Code sessions as a whole.
Specific Prompt(s)
Please plan out how we can apply the global setup in Claude-Code-Minoan to our local instance. Describe the structure and benefits of it to me and how they compare to what we're currently using.

Additional Comments
I continuously update my skills whenever Anthropic releases new prompting practices, or Boris brings more clarification to how he and the team use Claude Code themselves. It's been a passion project of mine, and also an off-shoot of my AI/ML startup work. My career in AI was thanks to open-source camaraderie, so I want to give back!
