Convert PG Offline (.pg4) to mbox

Usage: pgo2mbox.py filename.pg4

Tested with the pg4 file in the sample directory (pg4 version 20).

Screenshot: 
* screenshot_1.png (grima_eowyn.pg4 converted and imported into Claws Mail)
* screenshot_2.png (an email from smallvillegirls.pg4 imported into Sylpheed)
