  • Printing size: If in need to change some printers' default printing size from Letter to A4 or other, go to Settings -> Devices -> Printers & scanners -> Select a printer -> Manage -> Printing preferences and find out where to change paper size

21. Disappointments for ITS

How come a PC's ethernet in Chi Wah is not in the same network as HKU (Or the same network after connecting to HKUVPN)? It's painful I can't access some intranet services while using the University-provided internet on your PCs. I can't even access HKU CS GPU Farm servers from the PC without port forwarding twice through a node that's considered in the same network as HKU.
