Python csv <-> mat convertor This is a tiny, sometimes naive python csv <-> mat convertor.

Prerequsites: scipy numpy

Known issue: From mat to csv is perfect, but attention should be paid to the data type when converting from csv to mat.

Suggestions are greatly appreciated!
