זהו האלבום הראשון אותו הקליט סינטרה בקפיטול ללא המארגן והמנצח נלסון רידל, כמו כן היה זה אלבומו הראשון שהוקלט בשיטת הסטריאו.

החלפתו של רידל בגורדון ג'קינס כמארגן האלבום והמנצח עליו, הביאה לשינוי מהותי לעומת האלבום הקודם A Swingin' Affair!‎ שהיה בעל מקצב ג'אזי כבד, לעומתו האלבום החדש חזר אל נוסחת הבלדות שהצליחה כל כך בIn the Wee Small Hours, אם כי באלבום לא הייתה האווירה העגמומית והמיואשת שהייתה הנושא באלבום הקודם. באלבום החדש הבלדות השקטות והעצובות המלוות בתזמורת גדולה בה נתן ג'קינס משקל כבד יותר לכלי המייתר הביאו לאווירה רגועה מלנכולית.

האלבום נחל הצלחה מסחרית והגיע אל המקום השלישי במצעד המכירות האמריקאי.
