Faboideae
Faboideae adalah subfamili tumbuhan yang ditempatkan dalam famili kacang-kacangan, Fabaceae (atau Leguminosae). Salah satu sebutan alternatifnya yakni Papilionoideae, atau Papilionaceae apabila kelompok tumbuhan ini dinyatakan sebagai famili.
Subfamili ini tersebar luas dan anggotanya telah beradaptasi dengan berbagai jenis lingkungan. Faboideae dapat berupa pohon, semak, atau tumbuhan herba. Anggota subfamili ini mencakup kacang polong, polong manis, laburnum, dan jenis kacang-kacangan lainnya. Bunga berbentuk kacang polong merupakan ciri khas dari subfamili Faboideae, dan pembentukan bintil akar sangat umum ditemukan.
