Gliese 65, juga dikenal sebagai Luyten 726-8, adalah sebuah sistem bintang biner yang menjadi salah satu "tetangga" terdekat Bumi, berjarak 8,8 tahun cahaya (2,7 parsec) dari Bumi, di rasi bintang Cetus. Dua bintang komponennya merupakan bintang suar, dengan penamaan bintang variabel BL Ceti dan UV Ceti.
