Otto Hans Adolf Gross (17 Maret 1877 – 13 Februari 1920) adalah seorang psikoanalis asal Austria. Sebagai murid awal dari Sigmund Freud, ia kemudian menjadi anarkis dan ikut komunitas Ascona.
