Pertempuran Magdhaba (resmi dikenal oleh Inggris sebagai Affair of Magdhaba) terjadi pada 23 Desember 1916 saat bagian Pertahanan Mesir dari Kampanye Sinai dan Palestina dalam Perang Dunia Pertama.[1][Note 1] Serangan oleh Anzac Mounted Division tersebut terjadi melawan garisun Tentara Ottoman berparit di tenggara Bir Lahfan di gurun Sinai, berjarak sekitar 18–25 mil (29–40 km) dari pantai Laut Tengah. Kemenangan Egyptian Expeditionary Force (EEF) melawan garisun Kekaisaran Ottoman ini juga membebaskan kota El Arish setelah garisun Ottoman mundur.
