Severus Agung dari Antiokhia (Yunani: Σεβῆρος; bahasa Suryani: ܣܘܝܪܝܘܣ ܕܐܢܛܝܘܟܝܐ), juga dikenal sebagai Severus dari Gaza, adalah Patriarkh Antiokhia, dan kepala Gereja Ortodoks Suryani, dari 512 sampai kematiannya pada 538.
