In this regard, first a framework for HC components and their relative indicators is constructed through a comprehensive survey of the related literature and confirmatory factor analysis is applied to validate this frame work. Then by considering the possible interrelationships among the HC components, fuzzy Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) method is applied to determine the relative importance of these components. Moreover a novel fuzzy Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) method, fuzzy Similarity, is respectively introduced for the purpose of ranking organizations in terms of HC components and their indicators. The feasibility of the proposed model is demonstrated by applying the framework of HC and determining the relative weights of HC components through fuzzy DEMATEL method in three Iranian companies which are working in the field of electric power and energy. Finally these three companies are ranked based on their HC capability through fuzzy Similarity method.

In terms of the purpose of this study, it is applied in nature and the researchers adopted the descriptive survey approach based on data collection. Target population of the study consists of two groups: customers and queue employees of Parsian Hotel chains in Tehran. In the first group convenience sampling technique has been applied and in the second group a two-stage cluster sampling method was applied. Data was collected using standard questionnaires and data analysis was based on structural equation modeling using Smart PLS 3.2.6 software. According to the results, organizational citizenship behavior dimensions, namely, altruism, courtesy, sportsmanship, conscientiousness and civic virtue had a positive and significant influence on bra...

Resistance to change is considered as a critical factor in any change management project; so, development of employee performance appraisal systems like all of the change management projects has always faced many challenges. This study seeks to illustrate the two-year experience (2018–2020) and lessons learned by developing an employee performance appraisal system in the National Library and Archives of Iran (NLAI) as a cultural public sector organization.Design/methodology/approachThis study was carried out by using soft operational research (OR) approaches, using a novel combination of two methods, soft system methodology (SSM) and importance performance analysis (IPA). For this purpose, at the beginning, with the help of the SSM approach, the challenges of implementation was identified, then, using the opinions and experiences of the system's ...

The research population was comprised of customers of four IT service brands including Samsung, HP, Sony, and Apple in Iran. Structural equation modeling approach and PLS software were used to test the research hypotheses. The results indicated that ideal self-congruence had a significant positive effect on compulsive buying and trash talking. In addition, ideal self-congruence influenced the negative behaviors of consumers toward the brand through brand attachment. Neuroticism had a significant positive effect on compulsive buying and trash talking. However, conscientiousness only influenced trash talking and did not have any significant effect on compulsive buying. The results of this study show the negative behaviors toward brand. The recognition of negative...

An integrated framework for evaluating CRM performance is an important issue which is not addressed completely in previous studies. The main purpose and the most important contribution of this study is introducing a framework based on the integration of two novel MCDM methods. In this regard, first, by the survey of related literature, five main criteria of the CRM performance measurement were identified. In the second step, by means of judgmental sampling, a committee of 20 experts of Mellat Bank and its three subsidiary branches were formed and their idea about the importance of the five CRM evaluation criteria was extracted through questionnaire. Fuzzy Shannon’s entropy was applied for calculating the relative importance. In the third step, for demonstrating the applicability of the model three subsidiary bran...
