Colgate Bright Smiles, Bright Futures®️ is now LIVE in the largest state of #India, Uttar Pradesh! The first phase of this CSR Initiative, impacting 50 lakh children by 2026, was inaugurated, by Shri Sandeep Singh, Honourable Minister of State, (Independent Charge for Basic Education, GoUP), Dr. M.K. Shanmuga Sundaram, Principal Secretary, (Department of Basic Education, GoUP), and our MD & CEO Smt. Prabha Narasimhan. Colgate commits to positively impact all school going 1.93 crore children statewide with Oral Health Education in the next few years. The honourable minister expressed his intent to integrate Oral Health Education into the school curriculum and libraries across the state of Uttar Pradesh. 🌟 CSR Induction for LEAP Batch 2024 - BSBF 🌟 Annually, as part of our Leadership Experience & Advancement Program (LEAP), we welcome young, bright talent from leading business schools. Their first year of induction includes working across various verticals, aiding their development as future leaders. A significant part of their journey includes a stint focused on CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility), where they engage with NGOs working on various initiatives championed by #ColgatePalmolive. The 13-member LEAP batch of 2024 spent a week experiencing various live CSR projects in #Gujarat. They were engaged in several initiatives, starting with our flagship program, Colgate Bright Smiles, Bright Futures® (BSBF). From understanding the BSBF project in detail to conducting sessions in schools and comprehending the broader CSR landscape, they had a truly immersive experience. This BSBF session also marked the official start of the program for this financial year. Special shoutout to Deepika Singh (CSR Team) & Khyati Modi (HR Team) from our CP family and NGO implementation partner, BharatCares for planning this.
