Methods: A systematic review of PubMed, Web of Science, and Cochrane was completed. A qualitative synthesis of all included studies was then performed. Results: Our electronic search identified 868 silk-related publications, which yielded 32 studies for full-text review. After exclusion, nine studies from 2011 to 2018 were included for qualitative analysis. A total of 346 patients were included which consisted of 37 males and 309 females. The mean age range was between 18–79 years old. The follow-up among studies ranged between one to twenty-nine months. Three studies addressed the application of silk in wound dressings, one on the topical application of silk-derived products, one on silk-derived scaffold in breast reconstruction, and three on silk underwear as adjunct fo...

The species has been found to be of horticultural significance owing to its edible fruits and potential as natural colorant. Being an endemic species, identifying the potential uses and standardization of nursery techniques of G. dhanikhariensis could be helpful in conserving and popularizing it. The present investigation aimed at determining fatty acid composition of seed fat using GC-MS and standardization of seed germination technique for mass multiplication. Results revealed that seeds had higher saturated fatty acids, dominant being stearic acid (43.62%) and oleic acid (42.40%). Among the pretreatments studied, soaking of seeds in potassium nitrate (0.1%) or gibberellic acid (500 mg/L) was recommended based on superior germination percentage and seedling growth parameters. The effect of seed source on germination characteristics was also studied, which revealed considerable variability among the collections. Regenerated seedlings were successfully transplanted without any mortality. Thus, seeds of G. dhanikhariensis were found to be novel sources of industrially important stearic acid and oleic acid. Nursery protocol discussed here would be useful for mass multiplication of this novel fruit species.

Therefore, it is just a little attempt to study the journalism of this important of myconanoparticle. For this literature survey, basically library data was collected and digital resources were also included. From these sources we obtained reliable information about diverse nanoparticle synthesis from different mushroom species. Myconanotechnology is used in numerous medical applications like diagnosis of various diseases, therapeutic field and other applications like catalysis of bio molecules, microelectronics, biosensing devices, air and water purifiers and paints. Studies by different researchers specify that myconanoparticles possesses various pharma-cological activities such as antimicrobial activity, anticancer activity, anti-proliferative activity, and various other effects like antioxidant activity, cellu...

These enzymes take part in organic and inorganic waste remediation in the environment. This review analysed from the standpoint of scientists reserching in lignolytic enzyme production from various mushroom cultivation and also highlights the role of recent approaches within the production of giant volume of commercially important enzymes from biodegradable wastes. Then the proceeding work is to survey the novel lignolytic enzyme production aspects and their major characteristics, microbial sources such as basidiomycetes (white-rot fungi), downstream processing, relevant biochemical properties, diverse applications, enzyme mycotechnology and some recent research developments.

This species is hardy and requires less care for obtaining good yields. Rhizomes are the commonly used propagules for the species, which are also the economic part of the crop. Huge quantity of seed rhizomes is required to promote this crop in larger areas. An efficient in vitro multiplication protocol is one of the options to meet the planting material requirement. Effects of carbon source (glucose, fructose and sucrose) and concentration (1 and 3%, w/v), cytokinins (BAP and meta topolin) and concentration (1 mg/L and 2 mg/L), size of explants (one/ two/ three bud) and IBA treatment (0, 250, 500 and 1,000 mg/L) for concurrent ex vitro rooting cum hardening were studied. Results revealed that for facilitating efficient multiplication, the medium should be supplemented with glucose (...

However, forests are the major source of fruits to native people. In order to conserve the natural population of this species and promote cultivation, nursery techniques need to be standardized. In the present investigation, effect of three substrates viz. vermicompost, sand and soil + vermicompost was studied on seed germination characteristics. Results revealed significant differences among the treatments. Use of vermicompost improved seed germination (69%) significantly over the other substrates used. Though most of the studied seedling growth parameters did not differ among the treatments, significantly highest seedling vigour index (5466.9) was recorded when vermicompost was used as substrate. Considering these findings, use of vermicompost is advisable for germination of blood fruit in nursery.

The recorded information can be stored at different levels of detail, commonly called the logging levels. For some modules more than others, it may be required to store more detailed information about any error that arises during its usage according to its importance. A Web Application also needs to print the stack trace containing the error information on the web page when an error occurs for the user to understand the nature of the error. When dealing with legacy web applications, it is difficult to insert code. The proposed and designed framework is tested with a web application called Kic Kart.
