Speaking anxiety is a significant challenge faced by EFL learners, hindering their development of fluency and confidence in speaking. However, there is limited understanding of the specific strategies used by EFL learners to cope with and overcome this anxiety in the classroom context. This study adopts a qualitative research design, utilizing interviews and observations to gather in-depth data from EFL learners. The findings reveal a range of strategies employed by participants, including cognitive strategies (positive self-talk, visualization, and reframing anxious thoughts), preparation and practice, a supportive learning environment, gradual exposure and desensitization, and emotional regulation techniques. The data were collected through written test. Then they were analyzed by using matched t-test. The population of the study wass all of the eleventh grade students of SMA Nurul Amal Palembang in the academic of 2018/2019. The sample were 40 students taken by using convenience sampling.It prove that the students’ score in post-test was higher than pre-test. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the Probing Prompting Learning model on student learning outcomes at SMA NurulAmal Palembang. The method used in this study was the experimental method using two classes, namely the experimental class, and the control class. Meanwhile, the data collection technique was done by tests, and documentation techniques, then the data were analyzed by the data analysis technique using t-test analysis. The results showed that the average value of the experimental class was more than 80.24 compared to the control class of 63.6 and the calculations resulted tcountedtableie, 7.02 ≥ 1.667 then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. In other words, there was the influence of the Probing Prompting Learning model on learning outcomes.

Therefore, this study aims to find English teachers' perception towards the use of role-playing in teaching speaking at SMPN 24 o Palembang. The informants of this study were all the English teachers of SMPN 24 Palembang. The data were collected by using observation, interview and documentation. Alasan penelitian untuk melanjutkan studi didasarkan pada kenyataan bahwa, selama praktik mengajar peneliti, ditemukan bahwa kemampuan membaca siswa rendah. Peneliti berkomitmen untuk menangani masalah siswa. Masalah dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki pengaruh model membaca terintegrasi kooperatif pada keterampilan membaca. Penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan tes serta momen r-produk dan Kr21 digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh model cooperative integrated reading pada keterampilan membaca. Oleh karena itu, hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima sementara hipotesis nol (Ho) ditolak. Researchers are committed to dealing with students' problems. The problem of this research is to investigate the effect of cooperative integrated reading models on reading skills. This research is quantitative. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire and tests as well as the r-product moment and Kr21 was used to analyze the data. The findings show that there is an influence of the cooperative integrated reading model on reading skills. Therefore, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted while the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected.
