The renewal of the concept of art, which began last century and associated with a profound critical review, has meant the loss of the importance of the work as a material product, which is also associated with a certain rejection of the Manual (understood as artisanal) against the idea implicit in the conception of the work itself. On the other hand, the dogma of artistic work associated with unique product is called into question and loses its universal validity. Likewise the functionality of art as a commodity, as well as distribution channels and marketing challenges, but the importance, advertising makes art appear under compulsion linked to economic, social and political context. However, postmodernism give way to a new, more realistic ironic and critical review, with an interpretation of the ideological pretensions of art as utopian naiveté. The last to investigate the therapeutic possibilities of art objective is to clarify and classify the concepts, materials and experiences of various kinds to help the development of new knowledge applicable to future experiences. On the other hand, document and analyze in depth experiences and processes is particularly valuable when considering the practice, present and future usefulness of any artistic project. In this sense, and if we look around, the huge communication potential of new technology appears as an essential factor to consider as a channel of communication between cultures traditionally distant or remote

The teaching methodology has been called Problem Based Learning (PBL), consisting essentially proposing problem solving as a starting point for the acquisition of new knowledge, it entails a new and thorough review of traditional assessment techniques, which translates, a priori, in a substantial improvement of the teaching-learning process framed in university education, thus not only active student learning is favored, but le teaches aprender¿ is achieved the integration of theory and practice and teamwork is encouraged. Thus, the teacher which essentially becomes tutor, facilitator or guide-use evaluation as an instrument of that process. Thus, the new evaluation proposal passes include, among others, not only the assimilation of content, but cross-cutting issues such as personal interactions and the overall functioning of each working group. On the other hand, a particularly novel aspect is the active participation of students in the assessment, which, in addition to the traditional focus on the work process and outcome, diversifies and expands into other forms of complementary and self-assessment , peer review (co-evaluation) and even evaluating the tutor. All they made with the ultimate aim of providing feedback o feed-back¿ students and provide opportunities to improve the deficiencies identified during the development of the exercise. From this point of view and because the ABP, unlike formal education, promotes not only active learning but above all self-learning or self-directed learning, this diversity of purposes results in a multiplicity of evaluation techniques , which makes the practical exam will join many other variants such as checklists, scales estimation, the leaves of critical incidents, concept mapping, oral presentations, journals, portfolios or the use of headings or rubrics, among others. Consequently, tutoring becomes more important than ever as an essential component in the teaching-learning component is crucial in developing the method, since the ABP is articulated through tutorials or consultations that are solved the difficulties encountered in the course of performing the task, allowing whet lines of work that require some time to discuss the information collected or selected
Teach drawing is to provoke a change, modify an idea, push the action. Knowledge is assimilated only tune, sympathy or empathy, hence the importance of teacher-catalyst. Think that teaching is never objective; transmission of data always involves transformation of information, and in this sense, the teacher, realizing it or not, it becomes filter, performer, or critic why teaching is always creative, like painting or architecture -. On the other hand, the renewal of a curriculum, for example, is often a unique opportunity to review the existing, to develop `trabajo¿ documents and propose new formulas. It is time to review the teaching and discard wrong paths or doubts, which nevertheless continue to arise naturally repeatedly, if we do not stop, that is, as long as we live. There is no doubt that in this sense, there is always to learn from good teachers. Anasagasti Theodore of-the-known contemporary architect Antonio Palacios, Aníbal González and Leonardo Rucabado- spoke of feeling ... ¿education above the razón¿, but also to eliminate routines and apathy and promote trips, of all that we reflect in his famous book the Teaching of architecture, described himself as `propaganda and combate¿. In another context, Sant¿Elia, also insisted on the `world of espíritu¿; for him, the problem of architectural drawing was no Do reorganize líneas¿, so harshly criticized the grotesque appearance of historical styles and insisted on the concept of transiency by stating that each generation would have to build their own homes, are all aspects which also they affected the graphic teaching. But they were not the only ones to rule, others also did some decades later. Thus, the endearing Alejandro de la Sota, for example, stated: I believe more in living with who knows, that when he teaches. The…

The project was an initiative of innovation and teaching improvement lque intended to implement a methodology of active participation. The teaching methodology has been called Problem Based Learning (PBL), consisting essentially proposing problem solving as a starting point for the acquisition of new knowledge and entails a new and thorough review of traditional assessment techniques, which translates, a priori, in a substantial improvement of the teaching-learning process framed in university education. Thus, the teacher, which becomes essentially tutor, facilitator or guide-use evaluation as an instrument of that process, within a context of greater complexity than traditional teaching, a new context in that the use of conventional tests considering them lost prominence partial and insufficient. The adaptation of the different university degrees to the European Higher Education Area, requires a thorough review of traditional educational models, and all for the sake of achieving competencies by students associated these other issues arising as review assessment model, the new intercultural and interdisciplinary approach to university education or the use of active methodologies as ABP. The professional functions of graduates in the workplace must be closely related to the skills that students acquire the academic environment. Hence the need for different subjects achieving learning outcomes that demonstrate the acquisition of the competences of the degree to which it is essential to the use of active methodologies that help to form autonomous and capable students to learn are raised by…

The proposed educational model in the EEES emerged as a reaction not only to the demands of society, but to the interests of the students towards their training as individuals. The adaptation of university teaching offer has made an attempt, with the new model, to respond to this demand in an effort to overcome the traditional teaching, academics far from professional practice, especially with regard to poverty dyes his contextualización- well as an evident fragmentation of materials. However, today, this adaptation still needs to outline clearly the new roles and responsibilities of university professors, who leaves his role of mere transmitter to become a mediator or facilitator of student learning and should, among other performances, learn to structure new situations, motivate for action and creation, guidance on processes, provide basic information, suggest data sources and, finally, protect and evaluate its achievements

ABSTRACT Resumen The idea of architecture as a cultural product or thought presupposes interpreting the new experimental solutions as possessing a theoretical substrate that often anticipates future visions. However, such solutions tend to be fed in addition to social and technological changes, which translates into a kind of crossover, crossbreeding or mestizaje that comes to enrich the conventional modus operandi. The theme of communication is the urban regeneration from architectural proposals that bet to implement art and technology through the startup model, based on the latter in technological entrepreneurship with new talents to generate real devices for research and production of new architectures. The objective is to analyze the principles underlying these strategies and comprehensive methods that use 'knowledge platforms', through interconnected networks that provide feedback, to maximize the effectiveness and improvement of the interventions, providing innovation and sustainable growth from Programmatic developments, with mixed use programs. We are looking for an analysis of several examples of intervention, both low tech and high tech. The latter with proposals based on new computational design techniques, parametric design techniques and information through collaborative knowledge applied to increasingly intelligent buildings, with new forms and new materials that lead the architecture to a wider scale. In this sense, the position of contemporary architecture in front of the technological advance is ambivalent, although we are witnessing a true methodological transformation thanks to the…

This not only active student learning is favored, but le teaches aprender¿, integration of theory and practice is achieved and teamwork is encouraged.
